Electrical System Integration Designer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Aufgaben im Bereich Electrical System Integration mit Schwerpunkt auf der Entwicklung und Integration elektrischer Systeme und Baugruppen. Dabei begleiten Sie den Entwicklungsprozess von der Architekturphase bis zur Fertigung und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Engineering-Bereichen zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Validierung elektrischer Kabelbäume sowie elektrischer Baugruppen von der Architektur bis zur Detailkonstruktion
• Integration elektrischer Komponenten in übergeordnete System- und Produktstrukturen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-Teams zur Sicherstellung von Umsetzbarkeit und Fertigungsgerechtigkeit
• Unterstützung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeptphase bis zur Integration und Produktion
• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Spezifikationen und Änderungsnachweise
• Mitarbeit bei Design Reviews sowie Bereitstellung technischer Expertise

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen auf Master- oder Diplomniveau
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Design Engineering sowie im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT-gestützten Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsprozessen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V4/V5 sowie Erfahrung mit 3DEXPERIENCE
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Deutsch versiert sowie Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will contribute to electrical system integration activities with a focus on the design and integration of electrical harnesses and electrical units. You will support the product development process from architecture and detailed design through manufacturing and system integration.

Your tasks

• Design and validate electrical harnesses and electrical units from architecture through detailed design phases
• Integrate electrical components into comprehensive system and product designs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
• Support the complete product lifecycle from concept development to production and integration
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications and modification records
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise

Your profile

• Master's degree or diploma in Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in design engineering and electrical engineering environments
• Experience with IT-supported engineering and design processes
• Strong proficiency in CATIA V4/V5 and experience with 3DEXPERIENCE
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced German and business fluent English skills
