In dieser Rolle entwickeln, implementieren und optimieren Sie SPS-Programme für komplexe Automatisierungssysteme in der Luftfahrtfertigung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Steuerungen, Antrieben, Produktionsanlagen, Inbetriebnahme, Fehleranalyse und technischer Abstimmung mit Produktion, Instandhaltung und Engineering.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von SPS-Programmen für neue und bestehende Aircraft-Produktionslinien
• Programmierung, Inbetriebnahme, Konzeptionierung und Spezifizierung von Steuerungen und Antrieben
• Fehlerdiagnose, Reparatur und Optimierung von SPS-Systemen in automatisierten Produktionsprozessen
• Erstellung von Teilspezifikationen mit Schwerpunkt auf Automatisierungstechnik
• Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen mit Produktion, Instandhaltung, Robotik und Manufacturing Engineering
• Unterstützung bei Ramp-up, Tests, Inbetriebnahmen, komplexer Fehlersuche und internen Schulungen

Ihr Profil

• Techniker-, Fachwirt- oder Studienabschluss in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbarer Technik
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder Wartung und Instandhaltung
• Vorerfahrung als SPS-Programmierer ist erforderlich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 oder FANUC Ladder
• Kenntnisse in SAP, Google Workspace und erste Anwendungskenntnisse in Python
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

In this role, you develop, implement and optimize PLC programs for complex automation systems in aircraft production. The focus is on controls, drives, production equipment, commissioning, fault analysis and technical coordination with production, maintenance and engineering teams.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement PLC programs for new and existing aircraft production lines
• Program, commission, conceptualize and specify controls and drives for automated production equipment
• Diagnose faults, repair and optimize PLC systems in complex automated production processes
• Create partial specifications with a focus on automation technology
• Align technical requirements with production, maintenance, robotics and manufacturing engineering
• Support ramp-up, testing, commissioning, complex troubleshooting and internal training activities

Your profile

• Technician, specialist or academic qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Several years of experience in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or maintenance
• Previous experience as a PLC programmer is required
• Solid knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Step 7 or FANUC Ladder
• Knowledge of SAP, Google Workspace and initial user knowledge of Python
• Negotiation-level German and English skills
