External Communications Manager & Pressesprecher (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die externe Kommunikation für Airbus Helicopters. Sie pflegen Medienkontakte, entwickeln zielgruppengerechte Inhalte und koordinieren Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für Fachveranstaltungen, Presseaktivitäten und wichtige Stakeholder.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Tätigkeit als Pressesprecher und Pflege der Beziehungen zu wichtigen Medien, Fachjournalisten und Branchenakteuren
• Verfassen von Pressemitteilungen, Webartikeln und Social-Media-Inhalten für Branchen- und Unternehmensthemen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Medienkonzepten sowie Auswahl geeigneter Kommunikationskanäle
• Koordination der externen Kommunikation bei Luftfahrtmessen, Fachveranstaltungen und Medienbesuchen
• Vorbereitung von Briefings, Frage-Antwort-Unterlagen und VIP-Programmen unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitäts- und Compliance-Standards
• Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen aus Programmen, Produktion, Technik und Vertrieb zur Sicherstellung belastbarer Kommunikationsinhalte

Ihr Profil

• Bachelorabschluss in Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalismus oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mehr als drei Jahre Erfahrung in Public Relations, Kommunikationsmanagement, Marketing und Projektmanagement
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Kommunikation und Medienarbeit, idealerweise im Luftfahrt- oder Verteidigungsumfeld
• Ausgeprägte Schreib-, Storytelling- und Konzeptionsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Strategien
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP, Google-Anwendungen und weiteren gängigen Kommunikationstools
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit

In this role, you will manage external communications for Airbus Helicopters. You will maintain media relations, develop audience-focused content and coordinate communication activities for industry events, press engagements and key stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Act as a press spokesperson and maintain relationships with key media representatives, journalists and industry stakeholders
• Write press releases, web articles and social-media content covering industry and corporate activities
• Develop and implement media concepts and select suitable communication channels for relevant target groups
• Coordinate external communications at aviation exhibitions, industry events and media visits
• Prepare briefings, question-and-answer documents and VIP programmes in line with quality and compliance standards
• Collaborate with programme, production, engineering and sales specialists to obtain reliable information

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or a comparable discipline
• More than three years of experience in public relations, communications management, marketing and project management
• Proven experience in communications and media relations, ideally within the aerospace or defence industry
• Strong writing, storytelling and conceptual skills combined with expertise in social-media strategy and engagement
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Google applications and other common communication tools
• Business-fluent German and English with strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills
