Sie unterstützen die Fertigung im Shopfloor-nahen Umfeld und wirken an der Analyse, Optimierung und Stabilisierung von Produktionsprozessen mit. Der Fokus liegt auf technischer Unterstützung, Problemlösung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Anpassung von Fertigungskonzepten im Produktionsumfeld
• Identifikation von Fertigungsproblemen sowie Einleitung von Abstellmaßnahmen
• Durchführung technischer Analysen bei Abweichungen und Nicht-Konformitäten
• Erstellung von technischen Dokumenten und Design Query Notes
• Koordination von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten und Termine
• Unterstützung im Work Order Management und bei der Umsetzung von Fertigungsstandards

Ihr Profil

• Technische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Mechanik, Flugzeugbau oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Manufacturing Engineering
• Gute Kenntnisse in Produktionsprozessen und technischen Abläufen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP und digitalen Arbeitsumgebungen
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Your profile

• Technical education or qualification in mechanics, aircraft manufacturing or similar
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, work preparation or manufacturing engineering
• Good understanding of production processes and technical workflows
• Experience with SAP and digital working environments
• Business fluent German and English
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
