Sie arbeiten im Bereich Facility Management and Real Estate (FMRE) mit Schwerpunkt auf Projektmanagement und Controlling. Der Bereich vertritt die FMRE-Standortfunktion gegenüber verschiedenen Interessengruppen und koordiniert Ressourcen, um operative und strategische Unternehmens- und Funktionsziele unter Einhaltung relevanter Vorschriften sowie Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben zu erreichen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Management von Projekten im Rahmen der strategischen Gebäudesanierung bis zur Übergabe an den durchführenden Bereich
• Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Briefing-Dokumenten mithilfe modernster KI-Modelle
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung der „decarbonization strategy Vision 2030+“
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung nationaler Preisprüfungen im Bereich Facility Management
• Unterstützung des bereichsübergreifenden FMRE-Teams „FMRE Common Procedures & Lessons Learnt“ mit Fokus auf eine digitale Lösung mithilfe modernster KI-Modelle
• Unterstützung bei anlassbezogenen Steuerungsgremien für strategische Infrastrukturprojekte
• Bewertung und Bearbeitung FMRE-bezogener Verbesserungsvorschläge
• Bewertung und Bearbeitung FMRE-bezogener FISH-Einträge („Fly-In, Same-Hour“)

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mindestens auf Master-/Diplom-Niveau oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft beziehungsweise des Immobilienmanagements
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Solide Erfahrung im Facility Management und in der Immobilienverwaltung sowie versierte Abwicklung des Projektcontrollings
• Detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse in MS Office; erfahrener Umgang mit Google Suite einschließlich Gemini ist erforderlich
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Teamfähigkeit, akribischer und zielorientierter Arbeitsstil sowie eine entscheidungsfreudige und integrationsfähige Persönlichkeit

You work in Facility Management and Real Estate (FMRE), focusing on project management and controlling. The department represents the FMRE site function towards various stakeholders and coordinates resources to achieve operational and strategic company and functional objectives while complying with relevant regulations and meeting cost, quality and schedule requirements.

Your tasks

• Plan and manage strategic building refurbishment projects until handover to the implementing department
• Prepare decision papers and briefing documents using state-of-the-art AI models
• Support the implementation of the “decarbonization strategy Vision 2030+”
• Prepare and conduct national price audits in Facility Management
• Support the cross-functional FMRE team “FMRE Common Procedures & Lessons Learnt”, focusing on a digital solution using state-of-the-art AI models
• Support ad hoc steering committees for strategic infrastructure projects
• Assess and process FMRE-related improvement proposals
• Assess and process FMRE-related FISH entries (“Fly-In, Same-Hour”)

Your profile

• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering at Master’s or Diplom level or higher, or a completed degree in Real Estate Economics or Real Estate Management
• More than three years of professional experience in project management
• Solid experience in Facility Management and real estate administration, with proficiency in project controlling
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; experienced use of Google Suite, including Gemini, is required
• Negotiation-level German and English
• Teamwork skills, a meticulous and goal-oriented working style, and a decisive personality with the ability to integrate into a team
