Sie arbeiten in der Qualitätssicherung im Umfeld Endprüfung, Konformität und Produktionsbegleitung. Auch eine Tätigkeit in Teilzeit ist möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Durchführung von Qualitätsinspektionen in Endprüfung, Konformität, Stop Points, FAI, Funktionstests und Nacharbeit
• Analyse von Qualitäts- und technischen Vorfällen sowie Unterstützung bei der Ursachenklärung
• Sicherstellung von Eindämmungsmaßnahmen sowie korrektiven und präventiven Aktionen mit den beteiligten Bereichen
• Unterstützung eines stabilen Produktionsablaufs durch schnelle Bearbeitung von Qualitätsproblemen und Vermeidung von Fremdkörperschäden
• Durchführung der Operational Surveillance für Mitarbeitende, Produkte und Prozesse im übertragenen Aufgabenbereich
• Betreuung und Coaching von Produktionsmitarbeitenden mit L1/L2 Delegation

Ihr Profil
• Gewerbliche oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Fachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie idealerweise im Bereich Montage oder Wartung von Luftfahrzeugen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
• Part-66-Modulschulungen oder eine CS CAT-B1-Lizenz sind von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

You will work in quality assurance in the area of final inspection, conformity and production support. Part-time work is also possible.

Your tasks
• Perform quality inspections in final inspection, conformity checks, stop points, FAI, functional tests and rework activities
• Analyze quality and technical incidents and support root cause investigations
• Ensure containment actions as well as corrective and preventive measures with the responsible departments
• Support stable production processes through fast handling of quality issues and prevention of foreign object damage
• Carry out operational surveillance for employees, products and processes in the assigned area
• Coach and support production staff with L1/L2 delegation

Your profile
• Technical or vocational training with further qualification as technician, business specialist or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in aircraft assembly or maintenance
• Confident use of MS Office, SAP and digital tools
• Part-66 module training or a CS CAT-B1 license is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and a careful, solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent German and good English skills
