Sie unterstützen die Industrial-Systems-Vertretung in einem Multifunctional Team (MFT) für mechanische Systeme. Dazu zählen Floor Panels, Air Duct, Tubes and Pipes, Insulations, Linings und Cockpit Furniture. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf Anforderungen an Industriesysteme und Manufacturing Engineering bei Lieferanten und Projekten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Das Industriesystem (IS) und den Manufacturing-Referenzstandard für das Procurement MFT über alle Programme hinweg definieren und sicherstellen, um die Geschäftsstrategie mitzuentwickeln und zu beeinflussen
• Alle IS- und Manufacturing-Engineering-Anforderungen (ME) bei der Entwicklung und Neueinführung von Lieferanten managen
• ME-Beiträge zur Lieferantenauswahl bereitstellen und während der Call-for-Tender-Phase (CFT) die industrielle Leistungsfähigkeit potenzieller Lieferanten analysieren
• IS- und ME-Fachwissen bei Kostensenkungen, Arbeitsverlagerungen, der Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI) und Lieferproblemen des zugehörigen MFT einbringen
• Alle IS- und ME-Ergebnisse in MFT-Kostensenkungsprojekten sowie Projekten zur Neuindustrialisierung und Arbeitsverlagerung mit starker und agiler Führung leiten und koordinieren
• Relevante operative IS- und ME-Themen, beispielsweise technische Auffälligkeiten, an das MFT eskalieren
• Verbesserungsideen zur Optimierung externer Prozesse liefern

Ihr Profil

• Studium des Ingenieurwesens oder ein technisches Studium, jeweils mindestens mit Master- oder Diplomabschluss
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung und mehr als drei Jahre im Manufacturing Engineering
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation und mehr als drei Jahre im Vertragsmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Mindestens versierte Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
• Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu verstehen und zu analysieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise, um Ziele termingerecht zu erreichen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb Europas, höchstens einmal pro Monat

You support the Industrial Systems representative in a Multifunctional Team (MFT) for Mechanical Systems. These include Floor Panels, Air Duct, Tubes and Pipes, Insulations, Linings and Cockpit Furniture. Your focus is on Industrial Systems and Manufacturing Engineering requirements in supplier activities and projects.

Your tasks

• Define and ensure the Industrial System (IS) and manufacturing reference standard for the Procurement MFT across all programmes to develop and influence business strategy
• Manage all IS and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) requirements for supplier development and new supplier introduction
• Provide ME input to supplier selection and analyze potential suppliers’ industrial capability during the Call for Tender phase (CFT)
• Provide IS and ME expertise for cost reduction, work transfers, new product introduction (NPI) and delivery issues related to the MFT
• Lead and coordinate all IS and ME deliverables in MFT cost reduction, new industrialization and work transfer projects through strong and agile leadership
• Escalate relevant operational IS and ME topics, such as technical abnormalities, to the MFT
• Provide improvement ideas for external process optimization

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or another technical degree, in each case at least at Master’s or Diplom level
• More than three years of professional experience in work preparation and more than three years in Manufacturing Engineering
• More than two years of professional experience in technical documentation and more than three years in contract management
• Good knowledge of project management and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Proficient German and English at negotiation level
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical concepts and functionalities
• An independent, structured and results-oriented approach to achieving objectives on time and coordinating workflows efficiently, together with strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel within Europe no more than once per month
