Sie unterstützen operative Beschaffungsprozesse im Tagesgeschäft und sorgen für eine zuverlässige Versorgung mit Materialien und Dienstleistungen. Die Rolle verbindet Einkauf, Abstimmung mit Lieferanten und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Einholen von Angeboten und Durchführung von Preisvergleichen
• Begleitung von Beschaffungsvorgängen von der Anforderung bis zum Wareneingang
• Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen
• Klärung von Rechnungs-, Liefer- und Auftragsabweichungen
• Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Mängelrügen und Reparaturthemen
• Abstimmung mit strategischem Einkauf sowie Kommunikation mit Lieferanten

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Erfahrung im Einkauf oder im beschaffungsnahen Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen wie SAP MM
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

You support operational procurement activities in daily business and help ensure the reliable supply of materials and services. The role combines purchasing coordination, supplier communication and close cooperation with internal interfaces.

Your tasks

• Obtain quotations and perform price comparisons
• Support procurement processes from request to goods receipt
• Process order confirmations and follow up delivery dates
• Clarify invoice, delivery and order-related deviations
• Handle complaints, defects and repair-related topics
• Coordinate with strategic procurement and communicate with suppliers

Your profile

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in procurement or a purchasing-related environment
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP MM
• Structured, independent and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Business fluent German and proficient English skills
