Sie verantworten den Auswahlprozess für Auszubildende und dual Studierende im industriellen Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Planung, Durchführung und kontinuierlicher Optimierung der Auswahlverfahren an mehreren Standorten.

Ihre Aufgaben
– Planung und Durchführung des Auswahlverfahrens für Auszubildende und dual Studierende
– Prüfung und Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen anhand definierter Kriterien
– Organisation und Durchführung von Auswahltagen an mehreren Standorten
– Koordination der Auswahlgremien und Abstimmung der Auswahlentscheidungen
– Weiterentwicklung des Auswahlverfahrens sowie Mitarbeit in übergeordneten Projekten
– Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Recruiting-Veranstaltungen, Schulterminen und Messen

Ihr Profil
– Abgeschlossenes Studium z. B. in Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft
– Berufserfahrung im Recruiting oder Personalwesen
– Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
– Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
– Flexibilität wird vorausgesetzt – Sie pendeln zu Auswahltagen zwischen den Standorten Stade, Hamburg, Bremen und Buxtehude mit Fokus auf Hamburg (ca. 6–8 Mal monatlich)
– Mobiles Arbeiten ist nach Absprache und abhängig vom Workload ca. 1–2 Mal wöchentlich möglich; Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

You will manage the selection process for vocational trainees and dual study students in an industrial environment. The focus lies on planning, execution and continuous improvement of assessment activities across several sites.

Your tasks
– Planning and conducting selection procedures for vocational trainees and dual students
– Screening and pre-selecting applications based on defined criteria
– Organising and conducting assessment days at multiple company locations
– Coordinating selection panels and aligning selection decisions
– Contributing to further development of selection processes and related projects
– Representing the company at recruitment events, school visits and fairs

Your profile
– Degree in psychology, social sciences, business administration or comparable
– Experience in recruiting or human resources
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– Independent, structured and reliable way of working
– Flexibility is required – you will travel to assessment days between the sites in Stade, Hamburg, Bremen and Buxtehude with a focus on Hamburg (approx. 6–8 times per month)
– Mobile working is possible approximately 1–2 days per week depending on workload and prior agreement; German and English business fluent
