In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Steuerung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen im Bereich Hubschrauberfertigung und begleiten die Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungsstrukturen und Produktionsabläufen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse und Gestaltung von Arbeitsabläufen, Fertigungsprozessen und Produktionsstrukturen
• Planung und Dokumentation von Prüf- und Fertigungszeiten für bestehende und neue Verfahren
• Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Fertigungskosten
• Technischer Support bei Produktionsstörungen und Unterstützung des Shopfloors
• Analyse und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen zur Verbesserung der Prozessstabilität
• Abstimmung mit Engineering und Manufacturing Engineering zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

Ihr Profil

• Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Fachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktionssteuerung oder Manufacturing Engineering
• Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung, Prozessanalyse oder Fertigungsoptimierung
• Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Engineering-Systemen wie SAP, CATIA oder vergleichbaren Tools
• Strukturierte, praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten

In this role you support production control and manufacturing engineering activities within helicopter production and contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes and structures.

Your tasks

• Analyze and design manufacturing processes, workflows and production structures
• Plan and document inspection and production times for existing and new manufacturing methods
• Perform cost comparisons and support calculations of manufacturing costs
• Provide first-line technical support for production issues on the shopfloor
• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve stability and efficiency
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve tools and processes

Your profile

• Technical qualification such as technician or comparable engineering-related background
• Experience in manufacturing, production control or manufacturing engineering
• Knowledge of production planning, process optimization or manufacturing processes
• Experience with ERP or engineering tools such as SAP, CATIA or similar systems
• Practical and structured working style with strong teamwork skills
• Fluent German and good English
