Role overview
You will work at the interface between production, manufacturing engineering and digital solutions. The role focuses on deploying and coordinating Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions across sites and programs in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Support the deployment and harmonization of MES solutions across production sites

• Align global digital manufacturing strategy with local operational needs

• Act as a communication interface between sites, operations and central MES teams

• Contribute to change management, training and rollout activities

• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies using KPIs and structured reporting

• Support governance, budget tracking and move-into-production activities

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, business, project management or a comparable field

• Experience in manufacturing, production planning or industrial IT environments

• Understanding of digital production systems or manufacturing processes

• Structured, self-reliant and results-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills in international and cross-functional teams

• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
