Sie arbeiten im Umfeld Produktionsplanung und Supply Chain. Die Rolle umfasst die Weiterentwicklung von Planungsprozessen sowie die Steuerung von Projekten zur Optimierung von Planung, Entscheidungsroutinen und Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Industriebereichen.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Leitung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Planungs- und Entscheidungsprozessen
– Abstimmung zwischen Programm, Planung, Produktion, Engineering, Logistik und Beschaffung
– Definition und Implementierung von Planungsroutinen sowie unterstützenden IT-Lösungen
– Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Produktions- und Planungsprozesse
– Entwicklung und Einführung von Kennzahlen zur Steuerung von Planungsprozessen
– Moderation von Abstimmungen und Herbeiführung von Entscheidungen bei Prozessänderungen

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Supply Chain, Logistik oder vergleichbar
– Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie im industriellen Produktions- oder Supply-Chain-Umfeld
– Verständnis für Planungsprozesse, Prozessmanagement oder kontinuierliche Verbesserung
– Erfahrung mit SAP sowie gängigen Office- oder Collaboration-Tools
– Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
– Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

You will work in the area of production planning and supply chain. The role focuses on improving planning processes and leading projects that optimize decision routines and coordination between industrial functions.

Your tasks

– Lead projects to improve planning and decision-making routines
– Coordinate activities between program management, planning, production, engineering, logistics and procurement
– Define and implement planning routines and supporting IT solutions
– Analyse and improve existing production and planning processes
– Develop and implement KPIs for monitoring planning performance
– Facilitate cross-functional discussions and support decision-making on process improvements

Your profile

– Degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics or a comparable field
– Experience in project management within industrial or supply chain environments
– Understanding of planning processes, process improvement or operational management
– Experience with SAP and common collaboration or office tools
– Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills
– Fluent German and English language skills
