Als Betriebsingenieur (m/w/d) im Optimierungs- und Anlaufmanagement steuern Sie Anlauf- und Ramp-up-Prozesse und unterstützen die Stabilisierung der Serienfertigung. Sie analysieren Fertigungsabläufe, koordinieren technische Maßnahmen und begleiten die nachhaltige Verbesserung der Fertigungsperformance.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung und Koordination von Anlauf- und Ramp-up-Prozessen sowie Sicherstellung einer stabilen Serienfertigung
• Analyse und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und Produktionsabläufen sowie Sicherstellung einer nachhaltigen Stabilisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Fertigungsperformance
• Planung und Nachverfolgung technischer Maßnahmen an Maschinen, Anlagen und Werkzeugen
• Identifikation von Risiken und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
• Erstellung von Projekt-, Termin- und Statusberichten, Reporting des Projektfortschritts sowie Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Manufacturing Engineering, Qualität, Instandhaltung und Produktionssteuerung
• Unterstützung von Investitions-, Industrialisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten sowie bei der Einführung neuer Technologien, Fertigungskonzepte und Prozessstandards
• Moderation von Workshops und Abstimmungsrunden

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einer anderen technischen Fachrichtung mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung beziehungsweise Produktion, in Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sowie im Projektmanagement
• Mindestens erste Anwendungskenntnisse in CATIA V5 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Mindestens gute Kenntnisse in KAIZEN, Lean Management, Prozessmanagement und Risk Management
• Kenntnisse in der Zerspannung und im Anlauf-, Industrialisierungs- oder Optimierungsmanagement sind von Vorteil
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und versierte Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit zur Koordination mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität in einem dynamischen Umfeld

As an operations engineer in optimization and production launch management, you will coordinate production launch and ramp-up processes and support the stabilization of series production. You will analyze manufacturing processes, coordinate technical measures and support sustainable improvements in manufacturing performance.

Your tasks

• Manage and coordinate production launch and ramp-up processes and ensure stable series production
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes and production workflows, ensuring sustainable stabilization and continuous improvement of manufacturing performance
• Plan and track technical measures for machinery, equipment and tooling
• Identify risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures
• Prepare project, schedule and status reports, report on project progress and prepare decision documents for management
• Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Production Control
• Support investment, industrialization and optimization projects and the introduction of new technologies, manufacturing concepts and process standards
• Facilitate workshops and coordination meetings

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or another technical discipline at a minimum of bachelor’s level, or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following areas: manufacturing or production, production planning and control, and project management
• At least initial practical knowledge of CATIA V5 and knowledge of Google Workspace
• At least good knowledge of KAIZEN, lean management, process management and risk management
• Knowledge of machining and of production launch, industrialization or optimization management is an advantage
• At least negotiation-level German and proficient English
• Strong customer focus and communication skills, with a structured and independent approach to work
• A strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with the ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments
• Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment
