Performance Project Manager (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

This role supports performance management and improvement activities in an international project environment. The focus is on KPI-based steering, stakeholder coordination and the structured identification of improvement initiatives.

Your tasks
• Collect, consolidate and evaluate performance indicators to measure business performance
• Prepare clear performance overviews and support data-based decision-making
• Facilitate stakeholder exchange on performance results, root causes and improvement options
• Identify and define improvement projects to support target achievement
• Contribute to structured project tracking and performance follow-up across relevant areas
• Support communication and alignment with internal stakeholders in a service-oriented manner

Your profile
• Degree in business administration, international management, economics or project management
• Several years of experience in project management or performance-related project environments
• Good understanding of KPI tracking, reporting and improvement activities
• Confident communication style and ability to work with different stakeholders
• Structured, reliable and service-oriented way of working with strong team spirit
• Business fluent English, German is an advantage
