In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie das technische Monitoring von IT-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerk- und Rechenzentrumsumgebungen. Sie sichern den Betrieb von Monitoring- und Reporting-Lösungen, analysieren Ereignisse und unterstützen Automatisierung sowie KPI-/SLA-Reporting.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des End-to-End-Monitorings von IT-Infrastruktur-Komponenten
• Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring- und Reporting-Infrastrukturen
• Identifikation von Monitoring-Ereignissen und Einleitung proaktiver oder reaktiver Maßnahmen
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen im Monitoring-Umfeld
• Technische Beratung bei Sensoren, Checks und neuen Systemlandschaften
• Aufbau eines harmonisierten Reportings entlang vereinbarter KPIs und SLAs

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker, Informatikkaufmann oder Studium in Informatik bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in IT, Informationssystemen oder IT-Infrastrukturen
• Erfahrung in Monitoring, Reporting und Analyse von IT-Systemlandschaften
• Erfahrung mit CheckMK, Grafana, DynaTrace oder ähnlichen Monitoring-Applikationen
• Kenntnisse in BMC Discovery, Automatisierung mit Ansible, Unix sowie MySQL, PostgreSQL oder Oracle
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support technical monitoring of IT infrastructures with a focus on network and data center environments. You ensure the operation of monitoring and reporting solutions, analyze events and support automation as well as KPI and SLA reporting.

Your tasks

• Support end-to-end monitoring of IT infrastructure components
• Ensure and further develop monitoring and reporting infrastructures
• Identify monitoring events and initiate proactive or reactive measures
• Develop and implement automation solutions in the monitoring environment
• Provide technical consulting for sensors, checks and new system landscapes
• Build harmonized reporting based on agreed KPIs and SLAs

Your profile

• Qualification as IT specialist, IT systems management assistant or degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• More than 3 years of experience in IT, information systems or IT infrastructures
• Experience in monitoring, reporting and analysis of IT system landscapes
• Experience with CheckMK, Grafana, DynaTrace or similar monitoring applications
• Knowledge of BMC Discovery, automation with Ansible, Unix and MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle
• Business-fluent German and English skills
