In dieser Rolle führen Sie Fertigungs-, Montage-, Integrations- und Testaktivitäten und sorgen für stabile Abläufe im Produktionsengineering.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung und Koordination von Fertigungs-, Montage-, Integrations- und Testaktivitäten für zugewiesene Projekte

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung effizienter Produktions-, Montage- und Testprozesse

• Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung von Budgets im Verantwortungsbereich

• Definition, Tracking und Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards (SQE)

• Aktives Risikomanagement sowie Lösung technischer und organisatorischer Herausforderungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Einkauf, Qualität und weiteren Schnittstellen

• Regelmäßiges Reporting zu Projektstatus, Fortschritt und Performance

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen Umfeld (z. B. Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionsengineering oder in der Produktionsplanung

• Erste bis fundierte Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an Teamarbeit und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden

• Strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Kenntnisse in Projekt-, Prozess- oder Change-Management

• Erfahrung mit Produktions- oder Planungstools von Vorteil (z. B. Planisware, Primavera)

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

In this role, you manage manufacturing, assembly, integration and test activities within a production engineering environment.

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing, assembly, integration and test activities for assigned projects

• Develop and implement efficient production, assembly and test processes

• Plan and control budgets within your area of responsibility

• Define and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards

• Manage risks and resolve technical and organizational challenges

• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, quality and other stakeholders

• Provide regular reporting on project progress and performance

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or a comparable technical field

• Professional experience in production engineering or manufacturing environments

• Proven leadership capability and ability to motivate and develop teams

• Structured, analytical and result-oriented working style

• Knowledge of project, process or change management

• Experience with planning or production tools is an advantage

• Very good German and English communication skills

• Willingness to travel occasionally
