In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie Finance- und Controlling-Aufgaben im Umfeld Facility Management und Real Estate. Sie erstellen Planungen, Analysen und Business Cases und sorgen für belastbare Finanzprozesse, Reports und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Finanzplanungen, Forecasts, Simulationen und mehrjährigen Zielbildern
• Analyse von Kosten, Abweichungen, Risiken und Chancen inklusive Handlungsempfehlungen
• Entwicklung von Business Cases, Finanzmodellen und Szenarien für Projekte und Ausschreibungen
• Unterstützung bei Chargeback-, Kostenumverteilungs- und Ressourcenmodellen
• Sicherstellung und Dokumentation relevanter Finanzprozesse und Compliance-Anforderungen
• Erstellung von Finanzreports sowie Austausch mit Fachbereichen, Management und Auditoren

Ihr Profil

• Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Finance, Business Controlling oder Project Controlling
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und Google Workspace
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in IFRS, HGB, OPEX, CapEx und Datenanalyse
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und klare Kommunikation
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support finance and controlling activities within facility management and real estate. You prepare planning, analyses and business cases and help ensure reliable finance processes, reporting and decision support.

Your tasks

• Prepare financial planning, forecasts, simulations and multi-year financial targets
• Analyze costs, deviations, risks and opportunities including recommendations for action
• Develop business cases, financial models and scenarios for projects and tenders
• Support chargeback, cost reallocation and resource models
• Ensure and document relevant finance processes and compliance requirements
• Prepare financial reports and interact with business functions, management and auditors

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in finance, business controlling or project controlling
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Google Workspace
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, HGB, OPEX, CapEx and data analysis
• Analytical mindset, independent working style and clear communication skills
• Business-fluent German and English skills
