Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Supply Chain Management suchen wir Sie als Supply Officer Standard Parts, Dynamics & Platforms (m/w/d) – Supply Chain Management / Aerospace.
In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die vorausschauende Disposition, Beschaffung und Koordination von Standardkomponenten im zivilen und militärischen Bereich verantwortlich und stellen eine stabile Materialversorgung sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Antizipative Disposition des verantworteten Materialspektrums zur Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit (Coverage)

• Durchführung von Schnell- und Sofortbeschaffungen

• Koordination und Abstimmung bei der Neueinführung von Komponenten

• Zusammenarbeit mit den verantworteten Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen

• Bearbeitung und Lösung von Qualitätsproblemen im Beschaffungsbereich

• Überwachung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Revalidierung und Lagerlaufzeitverlängerung

• Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit strategischem Einkauf, Qualitätssicherung, Logistik, Programm, Exportkontrolle, Engineering und Produktion

• Management der betreuten Lieferanten hinsichtlich Supply-Chain-Themen (z. B. Aufholpläne, Kapazitätsprüfungen, Lieferzeitverhandlungen, Verbesserungsmaßnahmen)

• Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Versorgungsproblemen und Optimierung von Wiederbeschaffungszeiten

• Mitwirkung in Projekten zur Supply-Chain-Verbesserung und Kostenoptimierung

• Bearbeitung typischer Beschaffungsprozess-Themen (z. B. überfällige Rechnungen, blockierte Bestellungen)

• Verantwortung für OTD-Kollaboration, Bestandsmanagement und KPI-Verbesserungen

Ihr Profil:

1. Ausbildung/Studium:

   • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Fachwirt

2. Berufserfahrung:

   • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder Qualitätssicherung (mind. 3 Jahre)

   • Erfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie von Vorteil

3. IT-/Fachkenntnisse:

   • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP/R3 und MS Office

4. Sprachkenntnisse:

   • Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

   • Englisch: verhandlungssicher

5. Weitere Qualifikationen:

   • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke

   • Teamgeist, Zielstrebigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

   • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

Supply Officer Standard Parts, Dynamics & Platforms (f/m/d) – Supply Chain Management / Aerospace

For an assignment in Supply Chain Management, we are looking for you as Supply Officer Standard Parts, Dynamics & Platforms (f/m/d) – Supply Chain Management / Aerospace.
In this position, you will be responsible for proactive material planning, supplier coordination and procurement of standard parts in both civil and military aerospace projects, ensuring smooth and timely material availability.

Your tasks:

• Proactive planning and coordination of material requirements to ensure continuous availability (coverage)

• Execution of fast-track and immediate procurements

• Coordination of new component introductions

• Collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders

• Handling and resolution of quality issues within the supply process

• Revalidation and shelf-life management of stored materials

• Interface management with strategic procurement, quality, logistics, program management, export control, engineering and production

• Supplier management with focus on recovery planning, capacity checks, lead time negotiations and performance improvement

• Support of supply chain projects to reduce lead times and optimize costs

• Handling procurement-related issues such as blocked orders or overdue invoices

• Responsibility for OTD collaboration, inventory control and KPI improvements

Your profile:

• Education: Completed commercial or technical training with further qualification as technician or specialist (Techniker/Fachwirt)

• Experience: Several years in procurement, quality assurance or supply chain management (at least 3 years); aerospace experience preferred

• IT skills: Proficient in SAP/R3 and MS Office

• Languages: German fluent, English fluent

• Additional skills: Customer-oriented mindset, communication strength, resilience, team spirit, goal-oriented and assertive working style; willingness to travel required
