In dieser Rolle steuern Sie die Weiterentwicklung eines Softwareprodukts im Bereich Electronic Warfare und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Projektorganisation.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verwaltung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs für ein Softwareprodukt im Bereich Electronic Warfare
• Aufbereitung, Pflege und Abstimmung von Produktanforderungen für das Entwicklungsteam
• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Produktmanagement, Projektleitung, Entwicklung und Test
• Planung und Koordination von Produktinkrementen über mehrere Sprint-Zyklen hinweg
• Unterstützung und aktive Teilnahme an Scrum-Events wie Sprint Planning, Review und Retrospektive
• Abnahme der entwickelten Funktionen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Softwareentwicklung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in vergleichbarer Rolle in einem agilen Umfeld
• Technisches Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklung z. B. mit Java oder C++
• Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungs- und Planungstools wie Jira, Confluence oder DOORS
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

In this role you guide the development of a software product in the field of electronic warfare and act as the central interface between product management, development teams and project stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for a software product in the electronic warfare domain
• Define, maintain and communicate product requirements for the development team
• Act as interface between product management, project management, development and test teams
• Coordinate feature planning and product increments across multiple sprint cycles
• Participate in Scrum events such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Review delivered features and support continuous improvement of the product

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as Product Owner or in a similar role in an agile environment
• Strong technical understanding of modern software development such as Java or C++
• Experience with agile development and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence or DOORS
• Strong communication skills and structured working approach
• Fluent German and English
