In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Materialversorgung und Planung. Sie stellen eine stabile Bauteilversorgung sicher und unterstützen die Steuerung von Fertigungs- und Lieferprozessen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Bauteil- und Materialverfügbarkeit für Fertigungsaufträge
• Terminierung und Steuerung von Plan- und Fertigungsaufträgen
• Pflege relevanter Stammdaten und Dispositionsinformationen im System
• Bearbeitung von Kundenbestellungen sowie Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
• Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen
• Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten im Produktionsumfeld

Ihr Profil

• Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung oder technisches Studium
• Erfahrung in Disposition, Materialbeschaffung oder Fertigungssteuerung
• Praxis im Umfeld Supply Chain, Produktion oder Logistik
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld

In this role you work at the interface between production, material supply and planning. The position ensures stable component availability and supports the coordination of manufacturing and supply processes.

Your tasks

• Ensure availability of parts and materials for manufacturing orders
• Schedule and control planning and production orders
• Maintain relevant master data and planning information in the system
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal interfaces
• Analyze key figures and create reports and performance indicators
• Support cross-functional projects within the production environment

Your profile

• Technical or commercial education with further qualification or technical degree
• Experience in material planning, production control or supply chain
• Professional background in logistics, production or supply processes
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
