Sie arbeiten im Bereich Produktionsplanung und Arbeitsvorbereitung. Die Rolle umfasst die Planung und Optimierung industrieller Fertigungsprozesse sowie die Abstimmung zwischen Konstruktion, Produktion und Engineering.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Planung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen für Einzelteile und Baugruppen
– Entwicklung und Bewertung geeigneter Fertigungs- und Industrialisierungskonzepte
– Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen sowie Unterstützung im Bauunterlagen-Freigabeprozess
– Analyse von Fertigungsproblemen und Einleitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
– Unterstützung der Kapazitätsplanung sowie Vorbereitung von Budget- und Ressourcenplanungen
– Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Produktion und Engineering zur industriellen Umsetzung

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, z. B. Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
– Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Manufacturing Engineering
– Verständnis für industrielle Fertigungsprozesse und technische Bauunterlagen
– Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP sowie gängigen Office-Anwendungen
– Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Arbeitsweise
– Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

You will work in the field of production planning and manufacturing engineering. The role focuses on planning and optimizing industrial manufacturing processes and coordinating activities between design, production and engineering.

Your tasks

– Plan and optimize manufacturing processes for individual parts and assemblies
– Develop and evaluate suitable manufacturing and industrialization concepts
– Create and maintain work plans and support the release process for technical documentation
– Analyze production issues and initiate appropriate improvement measures
– Support capacity planning as well as budget and resource preparation
– Collaborate with design, production and engineering teams to ensure industrial feasibility

Your profile

– Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
– Experience in production planning, work preparation or manufacturing engineering
– Understanding of industrial production processes and technical documentation
– Experience working with SAP and common office tools
– Structured and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication skills
– Very good German and good English language skills
