Als Logistics Service Manager steuern Sie die Leistung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des physischen Logistikmanagements. Sie verantworten logistische Abläufe, Vertragsmanagement, Budgets, Risikomanagement sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Beteiligten und Logistikdienstleistern.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der Leistungs- und Verbesserungskontrolle des physischen Logistikmanagements sowie Implementierung und Überwachung von KPIs zu Leistung, Kosten, Qualität und Umwelt.
• Sicherstellung der Anwendung von Airbus-Logistiklösungen, -Prozessen, -Regeln und -Richtlinien bei physischen Logistikaktivitäten.
• Vorantreiben der Problemlösung durch einen schnellen und einfachen Alarm- und Eskalationsprozess sowie Umsetzung lokaler, nicht unterbrechender und kurzfristiger Verbesserungsinitiativen.
• Austausch von Erfahrungen und Praktiken im Netzwerk der Logistics Service Manager sowie Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von End-to-End-Logistiklösungen und Flächen.
• Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit standardisierter Distributionsmittel in der richtigen Qualität und Quantität sowie Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Infrastruktur und Flächenmanagement.
• Bewertung der logistischen Auswirkungen kurz- und mittelfristiger Planungsänderungen.
• Sicherstellung der korrekten Vertragsanwendung durch den Anbieter und Airbus sowie Einhaltung des Budgets und der Einsparungen.
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Validierung von Änderungsanträgen für den operativen Bereich, Arbeitsspezifikationen, Ad-hoc-Serviceanforderungen und Forderungen sowie Mitarbeit bei projektbezogenen Änderungsanträgen.
• Durchführung technischer Verhandlungen über Stückpreise, Volumen und Prognosen sowie Sicherstellung einer harmonisierten und agilen Vertragsverwaltung für eine termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und kostengünstige Leistungserbringung.
• Entwicklung und Einsatz von Arbeitsmethoden und Schulungen für das Vertragsmanagement sowie Kalkulation und Überwachung des Logistikbudgets gemeinsam mit der Finanzabteilung.
• Unterstützung der Beschaffung und von Maßnahmen bei der Umsetzung und Überwachung von Vertragsmechanismen.
• Ausrichtung der logistischen Abläufe an den Prozessen und Anforderungen interner Beteiligter sowie Umsetzung und Überwachung von Service Level Agreements.
• Antizipation, Analyse und Hinterfragung interner Anforderungen sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Änderungen.
• Risikomanagement mit internen Beteiligten und Logistikdienstleistern, Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Erstellung von Plänen zur Risikominderung.
• Verantwortung für Themen zu Lufttüchtigkeitsbehörden, Qualität, Umwelt, Health & Safety und Gefahrgut im Zusammenhang mit der Ausführung des Logistikgeschäfts.
• Mitwirkung an Unternehmensaudits und industrieller Reife sowie Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Audits mit dem Qualitätsbereich und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Beanstandungen.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, in Supply Chain, Logistik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine Qualifikation als Techniker/in beziehungsweise Fachwirt/in in einem dieser Bereiche.
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement.
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain beziehungsweise Logistik.
• Erste Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace.
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses.
• Fähigkeit, sich in ein Team zu integrieren.
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent.

As a Logistics Service Manager, you will manage the performance and continuous improvement of physical logistics. You will be responsible for logistics operations, contract management, budgets, risk management and collaboration with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers.

Your tasks

• Ensure performance and improvement control of physical logistics management and implement and monitor KPIs covering performance, costs, quality and environmental matters.
• Ensure the application of Airbus logistics solutions, processes, rules and guidelines in physical logistics activities.
• Drive problem-solving through a quick and simple alert and escalation process and implement local, non-disruptive and short-term improvement initiatives.
• Share experience and practices across the Logistics Service Manager network and contribute to optimizing end-to-end logistics solutions and space utilization.
• Ensure that standard distribution equipment is available in the correct quality and quantity and contribute to infrastructure development and space management.
• Assess the logistics impact of short-term and medium-term planning changes.
• Ensure correct application of contracts by the provider and Airbus and compliance with budgets and savings targets.
• Create, review and validate operational change requests, work specifications, ad hoc service requests and claims, and contribute to change requests within projects.
• Conduct technical negotiations on unit prices, volumes and forecasts and ensure harmonized and agile contract administration to deliver services on time, at high quality and cost-effectively.
• Develop and deploy working methods and training to support contract management processes and calculate and monitor the logistics budget in cooperation with the Finance department.
• Support procurement and activities related to implementing and monitoring contractual mechanisms.
• Align logistics operations with the processes and requirements of internal stakeholders and implement and monitor Service Level Agreements.
• Anticipate, understand and challenge internal stakeholder requirements and ensure the implementation of changes.
• Ensure risk management with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers, conduct root cause analyses and prepare risk mitigation plans.
• Take responsibility for matters relating to airworthiness authorities, quality, the environment, health and safety, and dangerous goods in connection with logistics operations.
• Contribute to company audits and industrial maturity, plan, prepare and conduct audits with the Quality department, and implement actions to resolve findings.

Your profile

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics or business administration, or a Techniker or Fachwirt qualification in one of these areas.
• More than two years of professional experience in supplier management.
• More than two years of professional experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Initial working knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace.
• German and English language skills at a minimum of business-fluent level.
• Strong communication skills to ensure the flow of information.
• Ability to integrate into a team.
• High degree of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills.
