Sie betreuen Fertigungshilfsmittel in der Endmontage. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Prüfung, Instandhaltung und Optimierung von Baugruppen und Jigs & Tools.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Durchführung sicherheits-, kontur- und funktionsrelevanter Prüfungen und Einstellungen in der Endmontage
• Montage, Demontage und Instandsetzung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln und Baugruppen
• Einarbeitung von Modifikationen und Optimierungen an internen und externen Tools
• Anwendung von Lasertracker sowie optischen und mechanischen Messmitteln
• Erstellung und Dokumentation von Mess-, Prüf- und Abnahmeprotokollen
• Abstimmung mit internen Bereichen und externen Lieferanten

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. Industriemechaniker oder Schlosser
• Erfahrung in Industriemechanik, Wartung oder Jigs & Tools
• Kenntnisse in Messtechnik und 3D-Messverfahren
• Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch fortgeschritten
• Teamorientierte, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

You support production tools and jigs in final assembly. The focus is on inspection, maintenance and functional optimisation of assemblies and equipment.

Your tasks
• Perform safety-, contour- and function-related inspections and adjustments in final assembly
• Assemble, disassemble and repair production tools and assemblies
• Implement modifications and improvements on internal and external jigs and tools
• Use laser tracker as well as optical and mechanical measuring equipment
• Prepare and document measurement, test and acceptance reports
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers

Your profile
• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. industrial mechanic or metal worker
• Experience in industrial mechanics, maintenance or jigs & tools
• Knowledge of metrology and 3D measurement procedures
• Confident handling of technical documentation
• Business fluent German and advanced English skills
• Team-oriented, flexible and reliable working style
