AIT-Techniker (m/w/d) – Harness Raumfahrtelektronik

Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Harness Integration & Test (AIT) suchen wir Sie als AIT-Techniker (m/w/d) – Harness Raumfahrtelektronik.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von AIT-Harness-Aufgaben in Raumfahrtprojekten

• Umsetzung von Harness-AIT-Anforderungsdokumentationen, Integrations- und Testplänen, Integrationsvorschriften und Reports

• Selbstständiges Durchführen von Testplänen mit vorhandenen Messgeräten

• Vorbereitung und Ausführung von Harness-AIT-Arbeiten in Raumfahrtprojekten

• Test-Harness-Integration und Check-out in Satellitenbaugruppen und -strukturen gemäß Kundenanforderungen

• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Standorten und europäischen Unterauftragnehmern

• Mitarbeit bei Testkampagnen im In- und Ausland

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Techniker/Fachwirt in Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder mit Schwerpunkt Raumfahrtelektronik

• Erfahrung in Harness-Fertigung, Umgang mit Verarbeitungswerkzeugen und Fertigungskontrolle

• Kenntnisse der Mechanismen und Systeme von Satelliten und Raumsonden

• Erfahrung in Messtechnik (mechanisch/elektrisch) zwingend erforderlich

• Erfahrung in mechanischer Satellitenintegration und mit Standardprozeduren der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie wünschenswert

• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Messwerterfassungssoftware von Vorteil

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: versiert

• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative

Besonderheit:
Im Laufe des Einsatzes ist die Zertifizierung ECSS-Q-ST-70-26C rev.1 „Crimping of high-reliability electrical connections“ zu erwerben.

For an assignment in the field of Harness Integration & Test (AIT), we are looking for an AIT Technician (m/f/d) – Harness Space Electronics.

Your tasks

• Perform AIT harness tasks in space projects

• Implement harness AIT requirement documentation, integration and test plans, procedures and reports

• Independently execute test plans using available measurement equipment

• Prepare and perform harness AIT activities in space projects

• Carry out test harness integration and check-out in satellite assemblies and structures according to customer requirements

• Cooperate with other sites and European subcontractors

• Participate in test campaigns in Germany and abroad

Your profile

• Technician degree (Electronics, Aerospace, or Space Electronics)

• Experience in harness manufacturing, processing tools, and quality control

• Understanding of satellite and spacecraft mechanisms and systems

• Proven experience in mechanical/electrical measurement technology is mandatory

• Experience in mechanical satellite integration and standard aerospace procedures advantageous

• Strong MS Office knowledge, familiarity with measurement software beneficial

• German: fluent

• English: proficient

• Team player, strong communication skills, high quality awareness and initiative

Special requirement:
During the assignment, the certification ECSS-Q-ST-70-26C rev.1 “Crimping of high-reliability electrical connections” must be obtained.
