In dieser Position verbinden Sie Qualitätsdatenanalyse und Data Science mit der Prüfplanung für die Flugzeugprogramme A320 und A330. Sie entwickeln datenbasierte Lösungen und übertragen Qualitätsanforderungen in praxisgerechte Prüf- und Messkonzepte für das Fertigungsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Extraktion, Aufbereitung und Integration von Daten aus unterschiedlichen Datenbanken und Speichersystemen
• Entwicklung praxisnaher Datenmodelle gemeinsam mit IT und Shopfloor unter Berücksichtigung der Geschäftsanforderungen
• Analyse von Daten zur Identifikation relevanter Merkmale sowie Entwicklung von Statistik-, Machine-Learning- und KI-Lösungen
• Umsetzung skalierbarer Lösungen unter Einsatz moderner Algorithmen und Software-Engineering-Standards
• Überwachung der Modellperformance und Durchführung strukturierter Experimente, z. B. A/B-Tests, zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
• Aktiver Austausch innerhalb der globalen Data Community, Weitergabe von Best Practices und Förderung von Innovation
• Einarbeitung in die Prüfplanung für A320 und A330 zur Erlangung fundierter Kenntnisse des Fertigungsumfelds
• Umsetzung von FAI-, Standard- und Sonderprüfplänen unter Berücksichtigung der Designvorgaben
• Entwicklung von Prüf- und Messkonzepten sowie Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Freigabe von Prüfplänen
• Steuerung der Prüfvorgaben und Ableitung von Qualitätsmerkmalen aus technischen Vorschriften und Richtlinien

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker/-in mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung oder Bachelorabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Techniker/-in
• Jeweils mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT beziehungsweise Informationssystemen, Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie Qualitätsmanagement
• Berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Data Science
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in Java, MS Office, SAP und CATIA V5 sowie Kenntnisse von Python-Detailfunktionen und Google Workspace
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Zielerreichung und effizienten Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten für die Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer Airbus, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this position, you will combine quality data analysis and data science with inspection planning for the A320 and A330 aircraft programmes. You will develop data-driven solutions and translate quality requirements into practical inspection and measurement concepts for the manufacturing environment.

Your tasks

• Extract, prepare and integrate data from different databases and storage systems
• Develop practical data models together with IT and shopfloor teams, taking business requirements into account
• Analyse data to identify relevant features and develop statistical, machine-learning and AI solutions
• Implement scalable solutions using modern algorithms and software-engineering standards
• Monitor model performance and conduct structured experiments, e.g. A/B tests, for continuous optimization
• Actively exchange knowledge within the global data community, share best practices and promote innovation
• Familiarize yourself with A320 and A330 inspection planning to acquire sound knowledge of the manufacturing environment
• Implement FAI, standard and special inspection plans in accordance with design specifications
• Develop inspection and measurement concepts and prepare, update and approve inspection plans
• Manage inspection specifications and derive quality characteristics from technical regulations and guidelines

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist with extensive professional experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business informatics, or a completed qualification as a state-certified technician
• More than two years of professional experience in each of the following areas: IT or information systems, aerospace and quality management
• Professional experience in data science
• Advanced application knowledge of Java, MS Office, SAP and CATIA V5 as well as knowledge of Python detail functions and Google Workspace
• Business-fluent German and English
• Ability to quickly understand and analyse technical relationships and functional principles
• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style to meet deadlines and coordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with contacts at all organizational levels
