Sie koordinieren logistische Abläufe im Produktionsumfeld und stellen die Verfügbarkeit von Bauteilen sowie einen reibungslosen Materialfluss sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung von Fehlteilmanagement und offenen Arbeiten im Produktionsprozess
• Bearbeitung und Anpassung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Materialbedarfen in SAP
• Koordination von Versand, Umlagerungen und Sondertransporten
• Prüfung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
• Mitarbeit im Lagerumfeld inklusive Warenbewegungen und Bestandskontrolle
• Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Qualitätsmeldungen

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Industrie, Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Logistik, Disposition oder Supply Chain Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und gängigen Office-Anwendungen
• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

Your tasks

• Manage missing parts and outstanding work within production processes
• Process and adjust work orders and material requirements in SAP
• Coordinate shipments, transfers and special transports

• Support warehouse activities including goods handling and stock control
• Document and track quality notifications in SAP

Your profile

• Training in logistics, industrial business or comparable
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or planning environment
• Strong SAP knowledge and good handling of office tools
• Structured and independent working style
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• German fluent and English advanced
