Technisch-logistischer Projektplaner (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die technische und logistische Projektplanung im Kundenumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Angebotsbearbeitung, Projektsteuerung, Reporting, Termin- und Kostenverfolgung sowie der Abstimmung mit Kunden, Fachbereichen und Lieferanten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung bei Planungs-, Steuerungs- und Kontrollaufgaben für komplexe Projekte
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Angebotsdokumentationen, Kalkulationen und Meilensteinplänen
• Betriebliche Einplanung von Projekten, Arbeitspaketen, Ressourcen und Projektabfolgen
• Verfolgung von Terminen, Kosten und Abweichungen inklusive Ableitung von Maßnahmen
• Abstimmung mit Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen, Lieferanten und Projektleitungen
• Pflege von Reporting- und Planungstools wie SWOP, ZEUS, JIRA und Confluence

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Projektplanung
• Erfahrung im Qualifikationswesen und/oder in Exportkontrollaktivitäten inklusive ITAR
• Detaillierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in Confluence und JIRA
• SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will support technical and logistical project planning in a customer environment. The focus is on proposal handling, project steering, reporting, schedule and cost tracking, as well as coordination with customers, departments and suppliers.

Your tasks

• Support planning, steering and control activities for complex projects
• Handle customer requests, proposal documentation, calculations and milestone plans
• Plan projects, work packages, resources and project sequences
• Track schedules, costs and deviations, including preparation of corrective measures
• Coordinate with customers, internal departments, suppliers and project managers
• Maintain reporting and planning tools such as SWOP, ZEUS, JIRA and Confluence

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or business administration
• Several years of experience in project management and project planning
• Experience in qualification management and/or export control activities including ITAR
• Detailed MS Office skills and knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
• SAP knowledge would be beneficial
• Business-fluent German and English skills
