Sie steuern kaufmännische Projekte im MRO-Umfeld und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Fachbereichen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
• Erstellung und Bewertung von Angeboten sowie Unterstützung im Angebotsprozess
• Durchführung von Projektcontrolling, Reporting sowie Kick-Off- und Review-Meetings
• Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen wie Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Einkauf
• Pflege von Kundendaten sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen
• Sicherstellung von Terminen, Qualität und Projektzielen im laufenden Betrieb

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Controlling oder Vertragsumfeld
• Kenntnisse in kaufmännischen Prozessen sowie technisches Grundverständnis
• Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten im Kundenumfeld
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or comparable
• Experience in project management, controlling or contract management
• Understanding of commercial processes and technical environments
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• German and English both fluent
