In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie Flight Test Instrumentation im Bereich Einkauf, Logistik und Support. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Bestellungen, SAP-Prozessen, Kalibrierungen, Lieferdokumentation und Schnittstellenkoordination für Versuchskampagnen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen in Click’n Buy und SAP auf Basis von Mantis-Tickets
• Abwicklung logistischer Vorgänge in SAP, inklusive Versand, RMA, Reparaturen und Lieferscheinen
• Organisation und Follow-up von Kalibrierungen sowie Verwaltung kalibrierpflichtiger Messmittel
• Überwachung von KPI zu Bestellungen und Logistik sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Kennzahlen
• Koordination mit FTI Labor, FTI Operations, Lieferanten, Zoll, Exportkontrolle und Logistikdienstleistern
• Unterstützung bei Kampagnenvorbereitungen, Outsourcing-Strategien und logistischen Prozesslösungen

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit langjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Einkauf, Logistik und Luft- und Raumfahrt
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Click’n Buy, SAP-Logistikprozessen und internationaler Lieferdokumentation
• Kenntnisse in Zoll, Exportkontrolle, Kalibrierprozessen und logistischer Kampagnenunterstützung
• Airbus-Erfahrung oder Erfahrung im Umfeld vergleichbarer Logistikdienstleister von besonderem Vorteil
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

In this role, you support Flight Test Instrumentation in purchasing, logistics and operational support. The focus is on purchase orders, SAP processes, calibrations, delivery documentation and interface coordination for test campaigns.

Your tasks

• Create and follow up purchase orders in Click’n Buy and SAP based on Mantis tickets
• Handle logistics processes in SAP, including shipping, RMA, repairs and delivery notes
• Organize and follow up calibrations as well as manage equipment requiring calibration
• Monitor purchasing and logistics KPI and ensure accurate performance data
• Coordinate with FTI lab, FTI operations, suppliers, customs, export control and logistics providers
• Support campaign preparation, outsourcing strategies and logistics process solutions

Your profile

• Commercial or technical vocational training with long-term relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in purchasing, logistics and aerospace
• Practical experience with Click’n Buy, SAP logistics processes and international delivery documentation
• Knowledge of customs, export control, calibration processes and logistics support for test campaigns
• Airbus experience or experience in a comparable logistics service environment is a strong advantage
• Business-fluent German and proficient English; French skills are beneficial
