Gesucht wird ein Process Engineer für die Planung, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Montageprozessen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Line Balancing, Manufacturing-Engineering-Daten, Vorrichtungskonzepten und der fertigungstechnischen Betreuung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines richtungsweisenden Linienkonzepts einschließlich Line Balancing
• Enge Abstimmung mit dem Engineering zu neuen Designkonzepten
• Umsetzung innovativer Vorrichtungskonzepte
• Prüfung und Freigabe neuer Bauunterlagen
• Beratung der Konstruktion bei Neu- und Weiterentwicklungen
• Erstellung aller relevanten Manufacturing-Engineering-Daten
• Prüfung und Freigabe von Bauunterlagen nach Bereichsstandards und technischen Erfahrungswerten
• Erstellung der Grunddaten in SAP, beispielsweise Stücklisten und Fertigungspläne, nach den geltenden Bereichsstandards
• Erstellung von Standard Operating Instructions
• Durchführung von Kostenkalkulationen und Soll-Ist-Vergleichen der Fertigungskosten
• Betreuung der Fertigungsbereiche und Lösung fertigungstechnischer Probleme
• Bearbeitung von Qualitätsmeldungen und Einsteuerung von Designänderungen
• Mitarbeit an Projekten der Arbeitsvorbereitung zur Optimierung von Verfahren, Arbeitsstandards und Methoden
• Teilnahme an PFMEA zur Festlegung der Prüfanforderungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau oder einem anderen technischen Fachgebiet
• Alternativ qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum Techniker mit einer darauf bezogenen erweiterten fachspezifischen Zusatzqualifikation, z. B. REFA oder MTM
• Abgeschlossene beziehungsweise vorhandene Qualifikationen in MTM und REFA
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung beziehungsweise Produktion
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion
• Erfahrung mit Fertigungsabläufen sowie der Fertigungs- und Montagetechnik
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
• Erste Anwendungskenntnisse in CATIA V5
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
• Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
• Reisebereitschaft ist erforderlich

We are looking for a Process Engineer to plan, design and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes. The focus is on line balancing, Manufacturing Engineering data, tooling concepts and technical production support.

Your tasks

• Contribute to the development of a forward-looking production-line concept, including line balancing
• Coordinate closely with Engineering regarding new design concepts
• Implement innovative tooling concepts
• Review and approve new construction documents
• Advise Design Engineering regarding new developments and further developments
• Prepare all relevant Manufacturing Engineering data
• Review and approve construction documents in accordance with departmental standards and technical experience
• Create master data in SAP, including bills of materials and manufacturing plans, in accordance with the applicable departmental standards
• Prepare Standard Operating Instructions
• Perform cost calculations and target-versus-actual comparisons of manufacturing costs
• Support the manufacturing areas and resolve production-engineering problems
• Process quality notifications and initiate design changes
• Contribute to Work Preparation projects for optimizing processes, working standards and methods
• Participate in PFMEA activities to define inspection requirements

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or another technical field
• Alternatively, qualified further training as a technician combined with a related advanced specialist qualification, e.g. REFA or MTM
• Completed or existing qualifications in MTM and REFA
• More than two years of professional experience in work preparation
• More than three years of professional experience in development
• More than three years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
• More than three years of professional experience in design engineering
• Experience with manufacturing processes and manufacturing and assembly technology
• Advanced practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Initial practical knowledge of CATIA V5
• German and English both at least at negotiation level
• Very good technical understanding
• Independent and conscientious working style
• Willingness to travel is required
