Die Position unterstützt den Aufbau und Betrieb einer AI-Plattform für produktive GenAI- und MLOps-Anwendungen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Kubernetes, LLM-Deployment, Model Serving, GPU-/CPU-Workloads, CI/CD sowie stabilen Plattform- und Inference-Services.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer AI-Plattform auf Kubernetes und OpenShift
• Deployment und Betrieb von Large Language Models auf GPU-Servern
• Aufbau performanter Model-Serving-, Inference- und AI-API-Services
• Etablierung von MLOps- und LLMOps-Workflows für produktive GenAI-Services
• Automatisierung von Plattform-, Infrastruktur- und Model-Releases mit CI/CD, GitOps und Infrastructure-as-Code
• Aufbau von Monitoring, Logging und Observability sowie Optimierung von Performance, Skalierung und Stabilität

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Aufbau oder Betrieb von Cloud-, Plattform- oder Infrastruktur-Systemen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Container-Technologien, Microservices, APIs und verteilten Systemen
• Erfahrung mit MLOps/LLMOps, Model Serving, Evaluierung, Monitoring und produktiven AI-Systemen
• Erfahrung mit CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code oder GPU-Workloads von Vorteil
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

The role supports the development and operation of an AI platform for productive GenAI and MLOps applications. The focus is on Kubernetes, LLM deployment, model serving, GPU/CPU workloads, CI/CD and stable platform and inference services.

Your tasks

• Build and further develop an AI platform based on Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Deploy and operate Large Language Models on GPU servers
• Build high-performance model serving, inference and AI API services
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps workflows for productive GenAI services
• Automate platform, infrastructure and model releases using CI/CD, GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code
• Set up monitoring, logging and observability and optimize performance, scaling and stability

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in building or operating cloud, platform or infrastructure systems
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes, container technologies, microservices, APIs and distributed systems
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, model serving, evaluation, monitoring and productive AI systems
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure-as-Code or GPU workloads is beneficial
• Business fluent German and English skills
