In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die technische Betriebsverantwortung für Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf stabilem ITIL-basiertem Betrieb, Providersteuerung, Security-Technologien und technischer Unterstützung bei Störungen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Technische Betriebsverantwortung für Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen nach ITIL
• Steuerung externer IT-Service-Provider anhand definierter KPIs und SLAs
• Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams bei Projekten und Einführung neuer Netzwerklösungen
• Planung, Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung von Kosten und Qualität der Infrastruktur
• Technische Unterstützung bei Störungen, Root-Cause-Analysen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Management höchster administrativer Zugänge und Berechtigungen im Verantwortungsbereich

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerkbetrieb oder IT-Projektleitung
• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in Network Access Control, Firewall, Proxy oder Layer-2/3 Encryption
• Erfahrung mit Cisco ISE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Broadcom, Genua, ADVA oder Rohde & Schwarz von Vorteil
• Analytische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit und flexible Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will take technical operational responsibility for network infrastructure. The focus is on stable ITIL-based operations, provider management, security technologies and technical support during incidents.

Your tasks

• Take technical operational responsibility for network infrastructure based on ITIL
• Manage external IT service providers according to defined KPIs and SLAs
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and the introduction of new network solutions
• Plan, control and improve infrastructure costs, quality and operational stability
• Provide technical support for incidents, root cause analyses and improvement actions
• Manage highest administrative access rights and permissions within the area of responsibility

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, network operations or IT project management
• Advanced knowledge of Network Access Control, firewall, proxy or Layer-2/3 encryption
• Experience with Cisco ISE, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Broadcom, Genua, ADVA or Rohde & Schwarz is an advantage
• Analytical mindset, initiative, team spirit and flexible working style
• German and English at least business fluent
