Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Performance Management und Prozessoptimierung suchen wir Sie als Performance Manager (m/w/d) – KPI Management & Operational Excellence.
In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie die Leistungssteuerung am Standort Donauwörth aktiv mit, entwickeln KPIs weiter, treiben Digitalisierungsinitiativen voran und fördern eine nachhaltige Performancestruktur in einem internationalen Produktionsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• KPI-Management und Reporting für Personal (Blue Collar und White Collar) sowie Kostenplanung und Fehlteilmanagement

• Unterstützung des EDD Projektportfolios und Optimierung der Performance für Produktlinien

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer Performancestruktur und -kultur im Verantwortungsbereich

• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung einer Ressourcenstrategie für den Bereich Industrial Site Donauwörth (EDD)

• Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der KPI-Landschaft

• Entwicklung und Nachverfolgung von KPIs für Schlüsselbereiche (Produktion, Personal, Kosten) unter Berücksichtigung strategischer Zielvorgaben

• Erstellung von Berichten und (Echtzeit-)Dashboards zur Leistungsbewertung

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Performance Reviews mit Stakeholdern zur Analyse von Trends, Engpässen und Verbesserungspotenzialen

• Mitwirkung und ggf. Leitung von abteilungsübergreifenden Verbesserungsprojekten

• Durchführung von Kaizen-Events, Retrospektiven, Workshops und Steuerungssitzungen zur Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen

• Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Airbus Operating Systems (AOS)

• Organisation und Durchführung des Plant Process Reviews sowie der jährlichen Audits gemäß PRD 15

Ihr Profil:

• Ausbildung/Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung (mind. Bachelor)

• Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in IT/Informationssystemen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Produktionsplanung, Projektmanagement oder Prozessoptimierung

• IT-/Fachkenntnisse: Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit digitalen Tools und KPI-Systemen von Vorteil

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

• Weitere Qualifikationen:

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und souveränes Auftreten auf allen Managementebenen

  • Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen, lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise

For an assignment in the field of performance management and process optimization, we are looking for you as Performance Manager (f/m/d) – KPI Management & Operational Excellence.
In this role, you will actively shape performance structures at the Donauwörth site, develop KPIs and dashboards, drive digitalization initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Your tasks:

• Manage and report KPIs for personnel (Blue Collar and White Collar), cost planning and missing parts management

• Support the EDD project portfolio and optimize performance across product lines

• Establish and promote a performance culture within the team and organization

• Contribute to the development of a resource strategy for the Industrial Site Donauwörth (EDD)

• Drive digitalization and automation of KPI systems

• Develop and track KPIs for key areas such as production, HR and cost management

• Create reports and real-time dashboards for performance evaluation

• Conduct regular performance reviews with stakeholders to identify trends and bottlenecks

• Participate in and lead cross-functional improvement projects

• Conduct Kaizen events, retrospectives and workshops to foster learning and efficiency

• Implement Airbus Operating System (AOS) principles

• Organize and execute Plant Process Reviews and annual audits according to PRD 15

Your profile:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification

• Professional experience: Minimum 3 years in IT/information systems, aerospace, production planning, project management or process optimization

• IT skills: Excellent MS Office knowledge; experience with digital KPI tools advantageous

• Languages: German and English fluent in written and spoken form

• Additional skills:
