IHRE AUFGABEN

Der Bereich ist funktional verantwortlich für die Logistik des Werks Ulm, d.h. der Materialbereitstellung an die Produktionsbereiche sowie Außenstandorte.Die operative Abwicklung der Logistikaktivitäten erfolgt durch einen Dienstleister.Als Prozessplaner (m/w/d) - SAP EWM Power/ Key-User sind Sie verantwortlich für die Betreuung der Prozesse im EWM sowie die Koordination deren Weiterentwicklung/ Verbesserungen.

• Betreuung und Ansprechpartner für die EWM Prozesse in der operativen Produktionslogistik als Power-User
• Schulung und Dokumentation von SAP EWM Logistikprozessen
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der logistischen Prozesse als Key-User
• EWM Stammdaten-Pflege, Fehlersuche/ -behebung und Weiterentwicklung
• Anforderungsdefinition für SAP Entwicklungen/ Customizings
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit werksübergreifenden Key-Usern & Prozessplanern
• Queue-Monitoring der Schnittstellen EWM zu ERP
• Definition, Ermittlung und Interpretation logistischer Kennzahlen
• Queue Analyse und Bearbeitung

IHR PROFIL

Studium

• Vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang
• oder Supply Chain / Logistics mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang
• oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Logistik/Materialwirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt SAP EWM

Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in Logistics oder Supply Chain
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
• Erfahrung in Lean Logistics, Lean Production und Prozessoptimierung

IT

• MS-Office mit detaillierten Spezialkenntnissen
• SAP mit detaillierten Spezialkenntnissen

Sprachkenntnisse

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher
• Englisch versiert

Weitere Qualifikationen

• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
• Hands-on-Mentalität und starke Umsetzungsorientierung

YOUR TASKS

This department is functionally responsible for the logistics of the Ulm plant, i.e., the provision of materials to the production areas and external locations.
The operational management of logistics activities is handled by a service provider.
As a Process Planner (m/f/d) - SAP EWM Power/Key User, you are responsible for supporting EWM processes and coordinating their further development/improvements.

• Support and contact for EWM processes in operational production logistics as a power user
• Training and documentation of SAP EWM logistics processes
• Continuous development and improvement of logistics processes as a key user
• EWM master data maintenance, troubleshooting, and further development
• Requirements definition for SAP developments/customizations
• Close collaboration with cross-plant key users and process planners
• Queue monitoring of the EWM-ERP interfaces
• Definition, determination, and interpretation of logistics key performance indicators
• Queue analysis and processing

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Comparable qualifications (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• or Supply Chain / Logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• or a completed degree in Logistics/Materials Management with a focus on SAP EWM

Professional Experience

• At least 4 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Several years of professional experience in comparable positions
• Experience in Lean Logistics, Lean Production, and Process Optimization

IT

• MS Office with detailed specialized knowledge
• SAP with detailed specialized knowledge

Language Skills

• Fluent in German
• Fluent in English

Other Qualifications

• Good analytical skills
• Hands-on mentality and strong implementation orientation
