In dieser Position koordinieren und betreuen Sie den Flugzeugdurchlauf innerhalb einer Produktionsstation der Single-Aisle-Ausrüstungsmontage. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen auf Störungs- und Beanstandungsmanagement, Restarbeiten, Quality Gates sowie der Abstimmung mit internen und externen Beteiligten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Koordination und Betreuung von Partnerthemen, Outstanding Work und Restarbeiten im laufenden Produktionsprozess sowie Vorbereitung, Koordination und Umsetzung erforderlicher Maßnahmen
• Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen interner und externer Lieferanten sowie Dokumentation von Störungen und abhängigen Fertigungsaufträgen in Tandem und ACPng
• Technische Unterstützung bei internen und externen Quality Gates sowie Teilnahme an Multifunctional Teams und Gemba-Terminen auf dem Shopfloor
• Abstimmung mit externen Lieferanten und AIRBUS-Kunden
• Einleitung von Maßnahmen und Gegenmaßnahmen zur Beseitigung interner und externer Störungen, rechtzeitige Eskalation von Problemen sowie Auslösung und Management zeitkritischer ANDON Non-Conformities
• Unterstützung im Folio Management sowie Koordination und Betreuung sämtlicher Restarbeiten einschließlich ihrer Dokumentation
• Reporting an das Produktionsmanagement einschließlich täglichem Produktionsstatus, Pareto-Auswertungen auf Basis des NC Inflow, ANDON Reports und Monitoring der Quality Gates sowie Präsentation und Aufbereitung der Arbeitsergebnisse
• Fachliche Beratung, Leitung von Klein- und Teilprojekten sowie Ad-hoc-Unterstützung und Feedback an das Management bei Fachfragen

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder technisches Studium, jeweils mindestens auf Meister-Niveau
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Flugzeugbau und Prozessverbesserung sowie jeweils mehr als ein Jahr in Fertigung beziehungsweise Produktion, Fertigungsplanung und -steuerung und Manufacturing Engineering
• Vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse jeweils mindestens auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
• Technisches Verständnis des Produkts sowie die Fähigkeit, Zusammenhänge in der Produktion zu erkennen und entsprechend zu priorisieren
• Intrinsische Motivation, selbstständiges Handeln sowie prozess- und lösungsorientiertes Denken im Kundeninteresse
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein für das Gesamtprodukt und die strategischen Ziele der Single-Aisle-Ausrüstungsmontage
• Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Überzeugungsstärke, Hartnäckigkeit, Durchhaltevermögen und Stressresistenz sowie ein professioneller Umgang mit Rückschlägen

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this position, you will coordinate and support aircraft progression within a production station in Single Aisle equipment assembly. Your responsibilities focus on disruption and complaint management, outstanding work, quality gates and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Coordinate and manage partner topics, outstanding work and remaining work during the ongoing production process and prepare, coordinate and implement the required measures
• Handle complaints involving internal and external suppliers and document disruptions and dependent production orders in Tandem and ACPng
• Provide technical support during internal and external quality gates and participate in Multifunctional Teams and Gemba activities on the shopfloor
• Coordinate with external suppliers and AIRBUS customers
• Initiate measures and countermeasures to resolve internal and external disruptions, escalate problems to the next escalation level in good time and initiate and manage time-critical ANDON Non-Conformities
• Support Folio Management and coordinate and manage all outstanding work, including its documentation
• Report to production management, including daily production status, Pareto analyses based on NC inflow, ANDON reports and quality-gate monitoring, and present and prepare work results
• Provide technical advice, lead small and partial projects and provide ad-hoc support and feedback to management on technical matters

Your profile

• Qualification in aerospace or a technical degree, in each case at least at Meister level
• More than two years of professional experience in work preparation, aircraft construction and process improvement as well as more than one year in each of manufacturing or production, production planning and control, and manufacturing engineering
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP and knowledge of Google Workspace
• German and English skills, each at least at negotiation level
• Technical understanding of the product and the ability to recognize relationships within production and prioritize accordingly
• Intrinsic motivation, independent action and process- and solution-oriented thinking in the customer’s interest
• A strong sense of responsibility for the overall product and the strategic objectives of Single Aisle equipment assembly
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, persistence, perseverance and resilience as well as the ability to handle setbacks professionally
• Flexibility regarding predominantly recurring and partly unpredictable activities and the ability to coordinate collaboratively with national and international contacts at different hierarchical levels and with different interests
