Für unseren Kunden HENSOLDT am Standort Ulm suchen wir Sie als Elektroniker Geräte & Systeme (m/w/d).

Der Bereich Naval & Ground Radar Units verantwortet den mechanischen Aufbau, die Montage, Verkabelung und Prüfung von Marine- und Bodenradar- sowie elektronischen Kampfführungsprodukten. Sie integrieren komplexe Radar-Baugruppen und -Systeme, führen Teilprüfungen durch, erstellen Fertigungsunterlagen und unterstützen aktiv die Optimierung von Prozessen. Nach der Einarbeitung ist der spätere Arbeitsort voraussichtlich Laichingen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration von Radar-Systemen und Subsystemen unter Einhaltung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen.

• Montage und Verkabelung komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme nach aktuellem MDP.

• Durchführung von Teilprüfungen an Radar-Systemen.

• Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten.

• Erstellung mechanischer Fertigungsdokumentationen.

• Entwurf und Erstellung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln.

• Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierungen.

• Technische Klärungen mit Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsabteilungen.

• Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektrikerin, Elektronikerin für Geräte und Systeme oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Berufserfahrung in der Produktion ist wünschenswert.

• Erforderlich: praktische Erfahrung in der Integration komplexer Baugruppen und Systeme.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Detailfunktionen) sowie SAP R/3-Kenntnisse zwingend erforderlich.

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.

• Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen.

• Hohe Teamorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent.

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fortgeschritten.

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.

• Hinweis zum Einsatzort: Start in Ulm, nach Einarbeitung voraussichtlich Laichingen.

Electronics Technician Devices & Systems (m/f/d) – Radar Integration – HENSOLDT

For our customer HENSOLDT in Ulm, we are looking for an Electronics Technician Devices & Systems (m/f/d).

The Naval & Ground Radar Units department is responsible for mechanical build-up, assembly, cabling and testing of naval and ground radar products as well as electronic warfare systems. You integrate complex radar assemblies and systems, perform partial inspections, create production documentation and actively support process improvements. After onboarding, the working location is expected to move to Laichingen.

Your tasks

• Integrate radar systems and subsystems while meeting time, cost and quality targets.

• Assemble and cable complex assemblies and systems according to the current MDP.

• Perform partial tests on radar systems.

• Carry out repairs, maintenance and servicing activities.

• Create mechanical production documentation.

• Design and produce manufacturing aids and tooling.

• Support process and workflow optimizations.

• Clarify technical issues with development and design departments.

• Create quality notifications in SAP.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as electrician/electronics technician for devices and systems or comparable qualification.

• Production/manufacturing experience is desirable.

• Required: hands-on experience integrating complex assemblies and systems.

• Strong MS Office skills and mandatory SAP R/3 knowledge.

• Good cross-functional communication skills.

• Independent, structured working style with coordination ability and assertiveness.

• Strong team mindset, high sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills.

• Fluent German; advanced English.

• Willingness for occasional business travel.

• Location note: onboarding in Ulm, later expected to be Laichingen.
