Als Inbound Process and Performance Specialist analysieren und verbessern Sie Wareneingangs- und Bestandsprozesse gemeinsam mit dem Logistikdienstleister. Sie entwickeln die logistischen Abläufe im Rahmen der Transformation weiter und arbeiten dabei mit internen Beteiligten bei Satair und Airbus zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse und Verbesserung der Wareneingangs- und Bestandsprozesse gemeinsam mit dem Logistikdienstleister auf operativer und taktischer Ebene zur Sicherstellung hoher Sicherheitsstandards, Qualität und Leistung
• Definition, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Wiederherstellungs- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen auf Grundlage fundierter Leistungsanalysen und Berichte
• Entwicklung von Layouts, Prozessen, Ausrüstung und Tools für Wareneingang und Bestandsmanagement im Rahmen der Logistiktransformation an beiden Satair-Betriebsstätten
• Aufbau und Pflege enger, partnerschaftlicher Beziehungen zu den Logistikdienstleistern sowie zu internen Beteiligten bei Satair und Airbus

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain / Logistics oder Supply Chain Quality, jeweils mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Jeweils mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in Lagerlogistik sowie Supply Chain / Logistics
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Lieferantenmanagement, Prozessplanung und Prozessverbesserung
• SAP/R3-Kenntnisse einschließlich Detailfunktionen; Kenntnisse in Google Workspace sind von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in Change Management und Lean Management sowie Grundkenntnisse in Total Quality Management einschließlich Problemlösungsmethoden
• Ausgeprägte analytische und datenorientierte Denkweise sowie hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten mit nachgewiesener Fähigkeit, tragfähige Beziehungen aufzubauen und Stakeholder zu steuern und zu beeinflussen
• Proaktive, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine pragmatische, zupackende Haltung zur effizienten Bearbeitung strategischer und dringender Aufgaben
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

As an Inbound Process and Performance Specialist, you analyse and improve inbound and inventory processes together with the logistics service provider. You develop logistics operations as part of the transformation and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus.

Your tasks

• Analyse and improve inbound and inventory processes together with the logistics service provider at operational and tactical levels to ensure high safety standards, quality and performance
• Define, implement and follow up on recovery and improvement measures based on in-depth performance analysis and reporting
• Develop layouts, processes, equipment and tools for inbound and inventory operations as part of the logistics transformation at both Satair sites
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus

Your profile

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or Supply Chain Quality, in each case at least at bachelor’s level
• More than five years of professional experience in each of warehouse logistics and Supply Chain / Logistics
• More than three years of professional experience in each of supplier management, process planning and process improvement
• SAP/R3 knowledge covering detailed functions; Google Workspace knowledge is advantageous
• Good knowledge of Change Management and Lean Management, together with basic knowledge of Total Quality Management, including problem-solving methods
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills, with proven ability to build strong relationships and manage and influence stakeholders
• Proactive, structured and solutions-oriented working approach, strong organisational skills and a pragmatic, hands-on mentality to manage strategic and urgent tasks efficiently
• German and English both at least at negotiation level
