In dieser Position koordinieren Sie materialbezogene Programmthemen im H135/H145-Umfeld. Der Fokus liegt auf Priority Item List Management, KPI-Tracking, Performance Reporting und der Abstimmung zwischen Programm, PSO und operativen Einheiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung des PIL-Prozesses inklusive Maßnahmenverfolgung, Eskalation und Statusklärung
• Verantwortung für PIL-Scorecards, Reporting und managementrelevante Performance-Übersichten
• Zentraler Focal Point für PIL-Themen im PSO- und Programmumfeld
• Einholen operativer Status-Updates zu PIL-Positionen und Kommunikation von Risiken
• Konsolidierung von OTR, Back Orders, WIP, WIP Age und Lieferantenrückständen
• Abstimmung mit Operations zur Analyse von Ergebnissen und Erstellung von Aktionsplänen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Supply Chain, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
• Alternativ Meister- oder Technikerqualifikation mit fachbezogener Zusatzqualifikation und Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Disposition, Materialbeschaffung, Einkauf, Supply Chain oder Logistik
• Erfahrung im Flugzeugbau, Customer Service oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
• Fundierte PMO- und KPI-Kompetenz inklusive Scorecards, Reporting und Maßnahmen-Tracking
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher sowie gutes Englisch für die internationale Abstimmung

In this role, you coordinate material-related program topics in the H135/H145 environment. The focus is on Priority Item List management, KPI tracking, performance reporting and coordination between program, PSO and operational teams.

Your tasks

• Drive the PIL process including action tracking, escalation management and status clarification
• Take responsibility for PIL scorecards, reporting and management-relevant performance updates
• Act as central focal point for PIL-related topics within the PSO and program environment
• Collect operational status updates on PIL items and communicate risks and challenges transparently
• Consolidate OTR, back orders, WIP, WIP age and supplier backlog data
• Align with operations teams to analyze results and develop structured action plans

Your profile

• Degree in aerospace, supply chain, logistics, business engineering or a comparable field
• Alternatively, technician or master craftsman qualification with relevant additional training and experience
• Several years of experience in material planning, procurement, purchasing, supply chain or logistics
• Experience in aircraft manufacturing, customer service or project management is an advantage
• Strong PMO and KPI skills including scorecards, reporting and action tracking
• Business-fluent German and good English for international coordination
