In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Industrialisierungs- und Verbesserungsprojekte. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Produktions- und Maschinenverlagerungen, Fabrik- und Materialflussplanung, Anlagenbeschaffung sowie der Koordination zahlreicher interner und externer Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Ganzheitliche Leitung von Produktionsumzügen und Maschinenverlagerungen unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Ziele für Budget, Zeit und Qualität
• Frühzeitige Identifikation von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung von Absicherungs-, Szenarien- und Changemanagement-Plänen zur Minimierung möglicher Produktionsausfälle
• Konzeption, Detailplanung und Optimierung von Fabrik- und Materialflusslayouts, beispielsweise nach Lean-Production-Prinzipien, einschließlich Flächen- und Kapazitätsplanung
• Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen und Lastenhefte für die Neubeschaffung von Maschinen und Anlagen in enger Abstimmung mit Produktion und Einkauf
• Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Maschinenbauer von der Ausschreibung und Vergabe über die Inbetriebnahme bis zur Abnahme und Übergabe an den Betrieb
• Moderation und Koordination der Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, Logistik, Gebäudemanagement und Infrastruktur, Einkauf, HSE sowie externen Partnern einschließlich regelmäßigem Projektstatus-Reporting an Management und Lenkungsausschüsse

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit mindestens Bachelorabschluss
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Fertigung oder Produktion und Logistik, mehr als vier Jahre in Fertigungsplanung oder -steuerung, Projektleitung, Projektmanagement und Prozessverbesserung
• Fünf bis zehn Jahre Industrieerfahrung, idealerweise in der Fabrikplanung, bei Produktionsumzügen oder bei der Beschaffung und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse und Methodensicherheit im Projektmanagement; eine entsprechende Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil
• Fundiertes Wissen in Produktions- und Montagetechnologien sowie Lean Manufacturing und Kaizen; MTM- oder REFA-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in MS Office und SAP, erste Anwendungskenntnisse in CATIA V5 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace; verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Moderationserfahrung, eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Selbstständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte KVP-Mentalität

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will independently plan and implement demanding industrialisation and improvement projects. The focus is on production and machinery relocations, factory and material flow planning, equipment procurement and the coordination of numerous internal and external interfaces.

Your tasks

• Assume end-to-end project responsibility for production relocations and machinery transfers while meeting defined budget, schedule and quality targets
• Identify project risks at an early stage and develop mitigation, scenario and change management plans to minimise potential production downtime
• Design, plan in detail and optimise factory and material flow layouts, for example according to lean production principles, including space and capacity planning
• Prepare technical specifications and requirement documents for the procurement of new machinery and equipment in close coordination with production and procurement
• Manage external service providers and machinery manufacturers from tendering and contract award through commissioning, acceptance and handover to operations
• Moderate and coordinate interfaces between production, logistics, facility management and infrastructure, procurement, HSE and external partners, including regular project status reporting to management and steering committees

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, aerospace engineering or industrial engineering
• More than three years of professional experience in manufacturing or production and logistics, and more than four years in production planning or control, project leadership, project management and process improvement
• Five to ten years of industrial experience, ideally in factory planning, production relocations or the procurement and commissioning of equipment
• Sound project management knowledge and methodological expertise; a corresponding certification is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of production and assembly technologies as well as lean manufacturing and Kaizen; MTM or REFA knowledge is desirable
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office and SAP, initial application knowledge of CATIA V5 and knowledge of Google Workspace; business-fluent German, advanced English, strong communication and assertiveness, experience in stakeholder moderation, a structured and solution-oriented working style, a strong sense of responsibility, independence, teamwork and a pronounced continuous-improvement mindset
