In dieser Position stellen Sie die schnelle Versorgung mit dringend benötigten Flugzeugteilen sicher und koordinieren kritische Materialflüsse im internationalen Logistikumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen, um die schnellstmögliche Materialverfügbarkeit für flugbetriebsrelevante Anforderungen sicherzustellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung der schnellstmöglichen Materialversorgung bei kritischen Bedarfen im AOG-Umfeld
• Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen zur Identifikation geeigneter Materiallösungen
• Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der zeitgerechten Materialverfügbarkeit
• Logistische Verfolgung und Nachverfolgung kritischer Material- und Teilesendungen
• Beschleunigung von Lieferungen und Auswahl optimaler Transport- und Beschaffungswege
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung logistischer Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei Retourenprozessen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, International Management oder vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Supply Chain Management oder Logistikumfeld
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Versanddokumenten sowie Kenntnisse logistischer Abläufe und Lagerverwaltungssysteme
• Kenntnisse in SAP sowie Erfahrung mit digitalen Kollaborations- und Arbeitswerkzeugen
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher
• Airbus-Erfahrung ist zwingend erforderlich

In this role, you will ensure the rapid supply of urgently required aircraft parts and coordinate critical logistics flows within an international aerospace environment. The focus is on securing the fastest material solution and maintaining operational continuity.

Your tasks

• Ensure the fastest possible material solution for urgent aircraft parts requirements in an AOG environment
• Coordinate with internal functions to identify and implement optimal supply solutions
• Monitor delivery commitments and ensure material availability as quickly as possible
• Track and follow up critical material and parts shipments throughout the logistics chain
• Expedite deliveries and evaluate alternative sourcing and transportation options
• Support shipping documentation processes and return logistics activities

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in customer service, supply chain management or logistics operations
• Experience in preparing shipping documentation and good knowledge of logistics regulations and warehouse information systems
• Knowledge of SAP and digital collaboration tools
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Previous Airbus experience is mandatory
