In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie operative Supply-Chain-Abläufe und stellen eine stabile Materialversorgung sicher. Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, Einkauf, Logistik und Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie steuern operative Supply-Chain-Prozesse und sichern die Materialverfügbarkeit im Tagesgeschäft.

• Aktive Koordination des Materialflusses zur Sicherstellung von Lieferterminen und Beständen

• Kommunikation von Bedarfen an Lieferanten sowie Platzierung, Verfolgung und Analyse von Bestellungen

• Bewertung von Abweichungen und Umsetzung geeigneter Recovery-Maßnahmen

• Überwachung der täglichen Supply-Chain-Performance in enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Logistik und Produktion

• Mitarbeit in Verbesserungs- und Optimierungsprojekten mit Lieferanten oder innerhalb des Supply-Teams

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain oder Logistik (mindestens Bachelor)

• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in Disposition, Materialbeschaffung oder Lieferantenmanagement

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern

• Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im operativen Umfeld

• Reisebereitschaft im geringen Umfang (ca. einmal pro Monat, europaweit)

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie gängigen Office-Tools

In this role, you are responsible for operational supply chain activities and ensure reliable material availability. You act as a key interface between suppliers, procurement, logistics, and production.

Your tasks

You manage operational supply chain activities and ensure material availability in daily operations.

• Actively coordinating material flows to ensure on-time delivery and stock availability

• Communicating demand to suppliers and managing order placement, tracking, and deviation analysis

• Identifying delays and implementing appropriate recovery actions

• Monitoring day-to-day supply chain performance in close cooperation with procurement, logistics, and production

• Contributing to process improvement initiatives with suppliers or within the supply team

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, supply chain, or logistics

• Several years of hands-on experience in material planning, procurement, or supplier management

• Structured, autonomous, and results-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to represent interests clearly and assertively

• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe

• Fluent German and English skills

• Solid practical experience with SAP and standard office tools
