Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Industrial Performance & Improvement Engineer (m/w/d) – Operations Excellence – AIRBUS am Standort Manching.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Teams durch lokale Aufgaben und operative Tätigkeiten

• Mitarbeit bei Sicherheitsinitiativen im Produktionsumfeld und Förderung einer innovativen Sicherheitskultur

• Unterstützung bei OES Master Plan-Aktivitäten entsprechend den Prioritäten des Werks

• Durchführung interner OES-Assessments und Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender Analysen

• Leitung und Koordination von Excellence Committees inklusive Maßnahmenverfolgung im MFT

• Implementierung und Standardisierung von Performance-Management-Routinen (BSC/SQCDP)

• Entwicklung und Pflege eines KPI-Baums entlang des Wertstroms zur Sicherstellung der Zielverknüpfung

• Unterstützung und Steuerung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen (TIPs)

• Förderung und Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterideen zur Prozessoptimierung

• Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation zwischen neuen Initiativen und der Fertigung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder technisches Studium (mind. Master/Diplom)

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Prozessplanung oder Prozessverbesserung

• Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, idealerweise im MRO-Umfeld (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)

• Sicher im Umgang mit Google Workspace, Kenntnisse in DEMAT von Vorteil

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher?Englisch: verhandlungssicher?Spanisch: wünschenswert

• Teamfähigkeit, proaktives Denken und hohe Zuverlässigkeit

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for an Industrial Performance & Improvement Engineer (f/m/d) – Operations Excellence – AIRBUS at the Manching site.

Your tasks

• Support the team mainly through local tasks and operational activities

• Contribute to Safety initiatives, promoting a strong safety culture across operations

• Support OES Master Plan activities in line with site priorities and improvement areas

• Lead OES internal assessments and support transversal evaluations and deep dives

• Drive and coordinate Excellence Committees, distributing and tracking actions with MFTs

• Manage and standardize Performance Management routines (BSC/SQCDP) across the value stream

• Define and maintain the KPI tree to ensure alignment with operational objectives

• Support and manage continuous improvement projects (TIPs)

• Promote and manage employee improvement idea generation

• Act as a communication link between new initiatives and the shop floor

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical field

• Several years of experience in project management, process planning or process improvement

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, ideally in an MRO environment

• Proficient in Google Workspace, DEMAT knowledge is a plus

• Fluent in German and English, Spanish beneficial

• Strong reliability, proactive mindset, and team spirit
