Sie arbeiten im Bereich Hubschraubermontage und Ausrüstung. Die Rolle umfasst die Montage von Baugruppen und Systemen sowie die Durchführung struktur- und ausrüstungsspezifischer Arbeiten im Produktionsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Montage und Ausrüstung von Hubschrauberkomponenten und Baugruppen
– Installation von Systemen wie Kraftstoffsystemen und Flugsteuerung
– Bearbeitung und Montage von Metall- und Verbundbauteilen
– Durchführung typischer Fluggerätemontageverfahren wie Bohren, Nieten und Kleben
– Durchführung von Dichtigkeitsprüfungen, insbesondere an Kraftstofftanks
– Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten im Fertigungs- und Arbeitsplan

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
– Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion oder Montage im Luftfahrtumfeld
– Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von Metall- und Faserverbundbauteilen
– Verständnis für Struktur- und Ausrüstungssysteme von Luftfahrzeugen
– Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und flexible Arbeitsweise
– Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

You will work in helicopter assembly and equipment installation. The role focuses on the installation of components and systems as well as structural and equipment-related work within an aerospace production environment.

Your tasks

– Assembly and installation of helicopter components and structural assemblies
– Installation of systems such as fuel systems and flight control components
– Processing and assembly of metal and composite parts
– Application of aircraft assembly methods such as drilling, riveting and bonding
– Perform leak tests, particularly on fuel tank systems
– Document completed work steps within production and work planning documentation

Your profile

– Completed vocational training as aircraft mechanic or comparable technical qualification
– Experience in aerospace manufacturing, assembly or production environments
– Knowledge of working with metal and composite materials
– Understanding of aircraft structures and equipment systems
– Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and reliability
– Very good German and good English language skills
