Sie unterstützen die Produktion an Schnittstellen zwischen Prozessen, Projekten und operativen Abläufen. Im Fokus stehen Effizienzsteigerung, digitale Weiterentwicklung und eine stabile Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Bereichen.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Produktionsprozesse analysieren, Abläufe aufnehmen und Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren
• Effiziente und schlanke Prozesse zur Optimierung von Qualität, Zeit und Aufwand umsetzen
• Kennzahlen verfolgen und Verbesserungen im Tagesgeschäft messbar machen
• Digitalisierungsprojekte begleiten und neue Tools in bestehende Abläufe integrieren
• Projektpläne und Statusübersichten erstellen sowie Ergebnisse adressatengerecht präsentieren
• Operative Aufgaben in der Produktion unterstützen, inklusive Purchase Orders und Nachverfolgung

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Supply Chain
• Erfahrung in Produktion, Schnittstellenmanagement, Projektarbeit oder operativen Prozessen
• Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, Prozessoptimierung oder Change Management
• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und digitalen Arbeitswerkzeugen, idealerweise auch Google Workspace
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit gutem Blick für Zusammenhänge
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, Skywise ist von Vorteil

Your tasks
• Analyze production processes and identify bottlenecks and improvement potential
• Implement lean and efficient workflows to improve quality, speed and overall performance
• Track KPIs and support measurable improvements in daily operations
• Contribute to digitalization projects and integrate new tools into existing workflows
• Prepare project plans, status updates and presentations for relevant stakeholders
• Support operational production activities including purchase orders and tracking

Your profile
• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration or supply chain
• Experience in production, interface management, project work or operational environments
• Good knowledge of project management, process improvement or change management
• Confident handling of SAP and digital tools, ideally including Google Workspace
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style with strong analytical skills
• Business fluent German and English, Skywise knowledge is a plus
