Sie steuern Beschaffungsaktivitäten im Bau- und Infrastrukturumfeld und begleiten den gesamten Vertragszyklus von der Ausschreibung bis zum Support. Der Fokus liegt auf Verhandlung, Lieferantensteuerung und nachhaltiger Kostenoptimierung.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Durchführung und Unterstützung von Beschaffungsvorgängen im Bauumfeld
– Steuerung von Angebotsprozessen und Vertragsverhandlungen
– Überwachung laufender Verträge über alle Projektphasen hinweg
– Sicherstellung von Leistung, Qualität, Kosten und Terminen der Lieferanten
– Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferantenbeziehungen
– Mitarbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams während Ausschreibung und Umsetzung

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich
– Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Bau- oder Projektumfeld
– Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Lieferantenmanagement
– Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
– Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch
– Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

You will manage procurement activities in the construction and infrastructure environment and support the full contract lifecycle from tendering to supplier management. The focus is on negotiation, performance monitoring and cost optimization.

Your tasks

– Support and execute procurement activities in the construction domain
– Manage tender processes and contract negotiations
– Monitor supplier contracts throughout innovation, development and support phases
– Ensure supplier performance regarding logistics, quality, cost and delivery
– Maintain and develop supplier relationships
– Work in cross-functional teams during tendering and contract execution

Your profile

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or comparable
– Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in construction or project environments
– Knowledge of contract and supplier management
– Structured and results-oriented working style
– Fluent German and good English skills
– Strong communication and negotiation abilities
