IHRE AUFGABEN

Arbeiten Sie an zukunftsweisenden Technologien in der Raumfahrt:
Als Mechaniker / Mechatroniker (m/w/d) – Raumfahrtintegration unterstützen Sie die Vorintegration am Standort Lampoldshausen (bei Heilbronn). Sie übernehmen vielfältige Aufgaben rund um die Montage, Integration und Prüfung komplexer Bauteile und Systeme und leisten damit einen direkten Beitrag zu High-Tech-Projekten in der Raumfahrt.

• Prüfen von Zeichnungen, Arbeitsplänen und Teilen auf Vollständigkeit
• Vorbereitung und Strukturierung von Integrationssetups
• Durchführung von Probemontagen und Integrationstätigkeiten (z. B. Polieren, Entgraten, Reinigen, Einpressen, Verschrauben, Messen)
• Anwendung von Fügeprozessen (z. B. Punktschweißen, Kleben) gemäß Vorgaben
• Bedienung, Pflege und Wartung der Anlagen und des Equipments
• Dokumentation aller Prozessschritte und Fügeprozesse
• Unterstützung bei der Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierung
• Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Teamkollegen und Teamleitung bei der Klärung von Abweichungen

IHR PROFIL

Ausbildung

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker/in, Mechatroniker/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Berufserfahrung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Raumfahrt, Wartung/Instandhaltung und technischer Dokumentation
• Kenntnisse und ggf. Zulassung im Bereich Fügeverfahren von Vorteil

IT

• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Outlook
• SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Sprachen

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: versiert

YOUR TASKS

Work on pioneering technologies in space:
As a Mechanic / Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/d) – Space Integration, you will support pre-integration at the Lampoldshausen site (near Heilbronn). You will take on a wide range of tasks related to the assembly, integration, and testing of complex components and systems, thus making a direct contribution to high-tech space projects.

• Checking drawings, work plans, and parts for completeness
• Preparing and structuring integration setups
• Performing test assemblies and integration activities (e.g., polishing, deburring, cleaning, pressing, screwing, measuring)
• Using joining processes (e.g., spot welding, bonding) according to specifications
• Operating, caring for, and maintaining systems and equipment
• Documenting all process steps and joining processes
• Supporting process and workflow optimization
• Providing suggestions for improvement
• Collaborating with teammates and team leaders to resolve deviations

YOUR PROFILE

Education

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, or comparable qualification

Professional Experience

• Several years of experience in aerospace, maintenance/repair, and technical documentation
• Knowledge and, if applicable, certification in the field of joining processes is an advantage

IT

• Good MS Office skills
• Confident use of MS Outlook
• SAP skills are an advantage

Languages

• German: Fluent
• English: Proficient
