Als Ressourcenplaner und Performance Manager sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson der Fertigung für Ressourcenplanung und Performance. Sie analysieren Kennzahlen, planen den Personalbedarf und unterstützen das Management bei Entscheidungen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Die Business Performance durch Sammeln, Konsolidieren und Darstellen von Kennzahlen messen
• Den funktionsübergreifenden Austausch von Performance-Daten unterstützen, Ursachen analysieren und Handlungsempfehlungen für Entscheidungen erarbeiten
• Verbesserungsprojekte zur Erreichung der Performance-Ziele identifizieren und umsetzen
• Die aktuelle Performance transparent darstellen, Arbeitsweisen und Prozesse hinterfragen und neue Ideen einbringen
• Performance-Indikatoren selbstständig und detailliert analysieren und die Ergebnisse dem Management proaktiv vorstellen
• Einen neuen integrierten Performance-Management-Prozess einführen
• Ressourcen kurz- und mittelfristig detailliert planen und den Personalbedarf der Fertigung bis auf Meisterebene kalkulieren
• Informationen und Präsentationen für das Management erstellen sowie Verbesserungsinitiativen anstoßen und durchführen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, jeweils mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Finanzwesen, IT oder Informationssystemen, Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sowie Prozessverbesserung
• Erste Erfahrung im Consulting ist von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von Python, vertiefte Anwendungskenntnisse in SQL sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Konfliktfähigkeit, Überzeugungsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Affinität zu Zahlen und starkes unternehmerisches Denken sind erforderlich

As a Resource Planning and Performance Manager, you will be the central contact for Manufacturing on resource planning and performance. You will analyse key figures, plan staffing needs and support management decisions and improvement measures.

Your tasks

• Measure business performance by collecting, consolidating and presenting performance indicators
• Support the cross-functional exchange of performance data, analyse root causes and develop recommendations to enable decisions
• Identify and implement improvement projects to achieve performance targets
• Present current performance transparently and contribute ideas to improve working methods and processes
• Independently analyse performance indicators in detail and proactively present the results to management
• Introduce a new integrated performance management process
• Prepare detailed short- and medium-term resource plans and calculate Manufacturing headcount requirements down to supervisor level
• Prepare information and presentations for management and initiate and carry out improvement initiatives

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering, business administration or economics, in each case at least at bachelor’s level
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following fields: controlling, finance, IT or information systems, production planning and control, and process improvement
• Initial experience in consulting is an advantage
• Knowledge of detailed functions in Python, in-depth working knowledge of SQL and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of project management
• Business-fluent German and English
• Strong communication skills, an independent, structured and results-oriented approach, and a high degree of conflict management, persuasion and assertiveness
• An affinity for numbers and strong commercial thinking are required
