Als QCC in der Endmontage der H135/H145 führen Sie Qualitätsinspektionen durch und bearbeiten Qualitätsprobleme sowie technische Vorfälle. Sie sichern die Konformität von Produkten und Prozessen und unterstützen die Produktionsmitarbeitenden bei der Wahrnehmung ihrer delegierten Aufgaben.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Qualitätsinspektionen gemäß definierten Standards für Endprüfung und Konformität, Stop Points, FAI, Funktionstests, Nacharbeit, kritische Aktivitäten sowie die relevante Dokumentation
• Durchführung von Untersuchungen und Ursachenanalysen zu Qualitäts- und technischen Vorfällen im Werkstattbereich, die sich auf die Qualitätskosten auswirken
• Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von Eindämmungsmaßnahmen sowie korrektiven und präventiven Aktionen durch die verantwortlichen Abteilungen über multifunktionale Teams
• Unterstützung eines gesicherten Produktionsablaufs durch schnelle Bearbeitung von Qualitätsproblemen sowie Beitrag zur Vermeidung von Fremdkörperschäden
• Sicherstellung der Operational Surveillance von Mitarbeitenden, Produkten und Prozessen für die übertragenen Aufgaben
• Betreuung und Coaching von Produktionsmitarbeitenden mit L1/L2-Delegation

Ihr Profil

• Gewerbliche oder technische Ausbildung mindestens auf Techniker-/Fachwirt-Niveau
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von MS Office und SAP sowie Kenntnisse in G-Suite
• Deutsch mindestens verhandlungssicher und Englisch mindestens fortgeschritten
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Part-66-Modulschulungen / CS-CAT-B1-Lizenz sind wünschenswert

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As a QCC in H135/H145 final assembly, you perform quality inspections and address quality issues and technical incidents. You ensure product and process conformity and support production personnel in carrying out their delegated tasks.

Your tasks

• Perform quality inspections according to defined standards for final inspection and conformity, stop points, FAI, functional tests, rework, critical activities and the relevant documentation
• Conduct investigations and root cause analyses of quality and technical incidents occurring in the workshop area that affect quality costs
• Ensure that containment measures and corrective and preventive actions are implemented by the responsible departments through multifunctional teams
• Support stable production flow through the prompt resolution of quality issues and contribute to preventing foreign object damage
• Ensure Operational Surveillance of personnel, products and processes for the assigned tasks
• Support and coach production personnel with L1/L2 delegation

Your profile

• Vocational qualification in an industrial trade or technical discipline, at least at Techniker/Fachwirt level
• More than three years of professional experience in quality management
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office and SAP, together with knowledge of G-Suite
• German at least at negotiation level and English at least at an advanced level
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, together with a solutions-oriented and careful working approach
• Assertiveness, independence, flexibility and resilience
• Part 66 module training / CS CAT-B1 licence is desirable
