In dieser Rolle planen und realisieren Sie Projekte für automatisierte Anlagen und Produktionslösungen. Sie verantworten Investitions- und Kostenbudgets, entwickeln Fertigungskonzepte und begleiten die Anlagen von der Angebotsbewertung bis zur Freigabe für die Produktion.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten für automatisierte Anlagen und Produktionslösungen
• Verantwortung für die Investitions- und Kostenbudgetplanung sowie Erstellung und Steuerung von Investitionsanträgen
• Entwicklung von Fertigungskonzepten und Abstimmung mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen
• Technische Bewertung von Angeboten und Vorbereitung fundierter Entscheidungsgrundlagen
• Koordination von Fremdfirmen während der Montagephase sowie Abnahme, Serienbegleitung und Freigabe für die Produktion
• Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projektteams sowie Standardisierung innerhalb der Standortplanung

Ihr Profil

• Qualifikation als Industriemechaniker, Maschinenschlosser, Mechaniker, Mechatroniker oder in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf auf mindestens Bachelor-Niveau
• Mehr als ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in Fertigung oder Produktion, Jigs & Tools und Konstruktion
• Mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung und im Projektmanagement
• Kenntnisse in der Layoutplanung, beispielsweise mit AutoCAD, CATIA oder einer ähnlichen Software
• Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in SAP und CATIA V5 sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und eine selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

In this role, you will plan and implement projects for automated equipment and production solutions. You will be responsible for investment and cost budgets, develop manufacturing concepts and support equipment from technical offer evaluation through to release for production.

Your tasks

• Plan and implement projects for automated equipment and production solutions
• Assume responsibility for investment and cost budget planning and prepare and manage investment applications
• Develop manufacturing concepts and coordinate them with the relevant specialist departments
• Perform technical evaluations of offers and prepare sound decision-making documents
• Coordinate external companies during the assembly phase and support acceptance, series production and release for production
• Lead and contribute to project teams and support standardisation within site planning

Your profile

• Qualification as an industrial mechanic, machine fitter, mechanic, mechatronics technician or in a metalworking profession at least at Bachelor’s level
• More than one year of professional experience in manufacturing or production, jigs and tools, and design
• More than three years of professional experience in project leadership and project management
• Knowledge of layout planning, for example using AutoCAD, CATIA or similar software
• Knowledge of detailed functions in SAP and CATIA V5, as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
• Business-fluent German and English skills, strong communication and organisational abilities, and an independent, structured and results-oriented working style
