Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

As a Change Operational Deployment Officer, you coordinate the end-to-end deployment of PMTD solutions. You connect development and deployment activities, manage training plans and sessions, and support communication, reporting and continuous improvement.

Your tasks

• Establish and maintain close collaboration with the respective E2E PMTD in coordination with the Change Operational Deployment Managers, connecting development and deployment activities and contributing to the delivery of PMTD solutions on quality, on time and on cost
• Steer the end-to-end process from demand trigger to feedback loop and ensure consistent deployment across PMTD solutions and stakeholders
• Govern the offer and forecast through the Training Plan and ensure that solutions are developed and maintained in line with Air Power rules and regulations, for example myPULSE processes and security classification requirements
• Validate the deployment logic based on anticipated registration types and solution types provided by Multi Functional Teams, ensuring flexibility and compliance for Business Key Users and end users
• Coordinate the definition of Training Paths for each business role and ensure structured categorization as Enabler, Mandatory or Optional, supporting role-based enablement and access readiness where applicable
• Plan, schedule and coordinate sessions end to end
• Maintain the integrated training plan, anticipation plan and quarterly forecasts to provide transparency on status, upcoming demand and resource planning
• Drive communications, for example through Spark and monthly session communications, and operate the automated trainee feedback loop to continuously improve relevance, quality and uptake
• Manage and update deployment deliverables in the scheduling tool, connect them to the E2E PMTD process chain and report on development and deployment topics within the Air Power Extended PMTD team
• Collaborate with the deployment team, including contributing requirements to the change impact analysis
• Support all transversal Change Operational Deployment activities

Your profile

• Degree in engineering or business administration, in each case at least at Master’s or Diplom level
• More than three years of professional experience in change management
• More than three years of professional experience in project management
• Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with Google Workspace is desirable
• Experience with standard scheduling tools, for example Unified Planning or JIRA, is an advantage
• English at negotiation level
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work across functions and influence and persuade programme stakeholders amid conflicting priorities
• Experience working in international teams and environments
• Enjoyment of challenges and solving problems
