Ihre Aufgaben
• Definition und Leitung von standortbezogenen Projekten gemäß Projektmanagement-Standards
• Unterstützung der Projektleiter im Site-Management-Team sowie aktiver Austausch zu standortbezogenen Entwicklungsthemen über alle Funktionsbereiche hinweg
• Führung der Manching High5+ Initiativen über das zugehörige Steering Board
• Verantwortung der Sponsoring-Aktivitäten des Unternehmens
• Abstimmung der Standortentwicklungsaktivitäten mit der Site Coordination Group
• Aufbau und Pflege eines internen Standortnetzwerks zur Umsetzung des strategischen Standortplans
• Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der Corporate-Social-Responsibility-Vorgaben
• Repräsentation des Standorts gegenüber internen und externen Gästen und Besuchern; Steuerung der Weiterentwicklung zu einem modernen Arbeitsplatz (Better Workplace)

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets (Master/Diplom)
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
• Kenntnisse regionaler, politischer, wirtschaftlicher und behördlicher Strukturen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
• Erfahrung in der Führung funktionsübergreifender Teams
• Sicheres Gespür für rechtliche Anforderungen und regelkonformes Verhalten
• Kommunikationsstärke über alle Managementebenen hinweg
• Verständnis für Governance- und Unternehmensstrukturen
• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher; Englisch: verhandlungssicher

Your tasks
• Define and lead site-related projects in accordance with project management standards
• Support the project leaders of the site management team and exchange site-related development topics across all functional areas
• Lead the Manching High5+ initiatives through the respective steering board
• Manage the company’s sponsoring activities
• Align site development activities with the Site Coordination Group
• Build and maintain an internal site network to support the strategic site plan
• Support the company in complying with corporate social responsibility guidelines
• Represent the site to internal and external visitors; drive development into a modern workplace (Better Workplace)

Your profile
• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or an equivalent field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Required insights into regional, political, economic, and governmental structures
• Strong business acumen
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of legal requirements and compliant behaviour
• Proven communication skills across all management levels
• Understanding of corporate governance structures
• Advanced MS Office knowledge; SAP experience is an advantage
• German: business fluent; English: business fluent
